"Dined here last week during a conference. Only two blocks from the Melia Dusseldorf, the Positano is a wonderful Italian experience in the heart of Schnitzel-land. Excellent small restaurant. About tables, overseen by a very attentive staff who are really mostly from Italy--go figure!...Nice seafood appetizer, with a limited but varied main menu. It had been a busy day so I only had appetizers and a first pasta course. Very good. My companion had a veal dish which he said was outstanding. We passed on desert but had several really good schnapps for after dinner drinks. After a couple of days jousting with the groups and the crazies in Old Town, finding Positano was a real joy. Reasonable pricing, and great food. I think we got out of the restaurant for Euros for two--with a couple glasses of the house wines (which were very acceptable). I look forward to next year's conference so I can go back!"
