"Visited with the family after our day out in bridlington. Place was busy which was nice to see but my biggest concern was that the tables were very close together, which make me feel uncomfortable. I ordered the duck and pancakes really nice, but...two of our meals were luke warm when they came. We told the waitress which she replaced but again one was still cold. Service was not very good as we had to get up to tell them about our food and to pay the bill. Only positive really was the location, could not have been closer for the spa and beach. Would suggest trying somewhere else"

"The restaurant was yesterday. fab food. large parking lot back. stanley was extremely accommodating for my daughter 18th. in any case one of the best Chinese meal I've ever had. long drive to get there, but it's really worth it and will come back."

"We spent two nights in our caravan at the Half Moon recently. Even though we live fairly locally we wanted an easy escape to relax. The camping field is lovely, facilities are very close by, clean and tidy, and showers (chargeable) are hot and very...clean. Hook Up, water and elsan point all good. The Sunday carvery in the pub was excellent; heaps of great home cooked food and terrific value. Beer was nice, good drink choice and great prices. Andy and all the staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. There are lots of attractive and level riverbank and village walks, the field backs straight onto the river and views from on the bank are stunning. Our two night stay passed far too quickly and we are already looking forward to going back!"

"Ordered a standard saturday night take away. Plus points. Delivery was half hour, which is what i was told. The ribs and special chow main was decent. The big disapointment was the 1/4 duck. The sauce was ice cold. The pancakes were rock hard it the middle , making it impossible to separate. So they all tore. Big big disapointment, given i chose this place based on reviews. The duck itself was dry. If i had to guess, id say this was a left over frim yesterday."

"Use this place a lot as it’s on the door step but tonight 19/6/19 I have never met a man so rude then the man who took my order tonight when home with the food I couldn’t even eat it is was horrible loads of garlic bits in it but oddly it was tasteless shame it’s gone down hill fast"
