"Great food, strange service. This is our usual experience here, the food is good, but the service staff is slow and a bit unpleasant. My advice is to go the food, but it is certainly the best Thai food in Fair Oaks."

"All the food was great! I ordered Guey-Tiew Nam (Thai Noodle Soup) was better than chicken noodle soup. Very tasty. The Tom-Kha Artichoke (small) in a coconut lemongrass broth also very good. Last soup I ordered was Tom-Yum (Hot and Sour Soup) Large was also good, but not like the typical hot and sour soup. Thai style. I ordered soups because of being sick that is what sounded good. The Thai Dumpling (Steamed Dumpling) were like the pork dim sum I've had before were done well. Bangkok-Fried Chicken appetizer size, very good very crispy. Spicy Kao Pad Kra-Prao (Spicy Fried Rice) very good and spicy did help to calm my cough briefly lol. Got tired of eating cough drops like candy. Also the spicy vegetable dish with added pork also good. Had food for several days since I could not leave my home."

"Excellent. This restaurant is exceptional. The food is great, especially if you prefer vegetarian dishes. The products are always fresh, the service is usually above average. When I first went with my wife, the waiter stood at the opening in the kitchen, waiting for us to slow down every course before I brought the next steaming hot course. The sauces and aromas are unique, but remember the traditional taste you expect. They serve water with lemon in it, and this is representative of the detail and service you can expect. A word of warning, rush hour is exactly what it means. Do not expect a ten-minute service when the dining room is full."

"This restaurant is our popular Indian restaurant throughout the Sacramento region. From the moment you arrive, you will be greeted with a warm welcome. The menu is extensive and offers many possibilities for every palate. My son is especially picky, but loves the chicken tikka masala. I prefer the Chettinadu Chicken, which is AMAZING if you like your curry with some heat. The curries you get here taste like they cooked all day. They have deep, complex aromas instead of a generic sauce that should happen for curry. I can't recommend this place anymore. If you love Indian food, especially South Indian food, you must try Amrutha Aappakadai!"

"Oh, man, the food is good!! I had the Pad Lake Ew and gave some pepper. It was delicious. The presentation is beautiful, the service is good. Everything smiles and fast. I need to update my review now that I've finished eating. It was good and felt healthy, they give you large portions of vegetables and not overused oils. I enjoyed my meal, the music and the service. We were checked several times and had a conversation with a friendly server. They pickled jalapenos and paprika and oh wow they are so good. Try it yourself. It is worth it, and the price is more than fair."

"Indian foods . good for fresh vegetables and Indian flavors . bad customer service and many expired items . so they always check the dates . yesterday I had a bad experience in the meat department. the behavior of the metzger was rude and unacceptable. I'll never go there again."
