"We picked this place like many others: close to the harbor and busy looking restaurant. It was the only one which was full, so we took it as a good sign! Pizzas were thin and crusty on edges, with good amount of filling. Taste was...really good and we all wanted to have a bite of all the pizzas we had ordered. Margarita was our winner! Pastas were cooked to perfection: al dente! This happens rarely, even in well known Italian restaurants... Gambas in tomato sauce was very tasty, and they weren't chewy (another plus point). Chicken pasta was good as well, although I would've preferred tomato based sauce over the cream sauce they had available. Nonetheless, very tasty! Crime brûlée was alright, it clearly didn't reach the same level as the main courses. But the tiramisu was loved by the children, mainly due to the fact that the cookies weren't that heavily soaked in espresso (which is my personal preference). All in all, very good Italian food in somewhat touristic Northern German city definitely worth a visit!"

"Lange Zeit waren wir nicht mehr im Al Porto. Im Restaurant ist es nach wie vor sehr eng - wenn der Herr am Nachbartisch nicht ein ganzes Stück nach vorne gerückt wäre, hätte ich nicht sitzen können. Die Speisekarte enthielt alles, was zu einem Italiener gehört. Ich entschied mich für die frische Pasta in Tomaten-Tunfischsoße: leider waren die Nudeln etwas zu al dente, die Soße leicht wässrig, es schmeckte alles ein bisschen fad. Die Pizza war ok, aber auch hier fehlte ein wenig Würze. Der Service war ok."

"Alex kitchen we discovered by accident at our last day trip to cough and were totally thrilled. the personal is incredibly nice and there is an incredibly varied card, here are normal, vegetarian and vegan equally happy. the choice for vegan falls really hard. we had a great oriental appetizer to finish a delicious wok dish as main course and fantastic desserts, all vegan and really mega delicious. the prices are absolutely fair, eating freshly prepared, everything tastes very good and the desserts were really the hammer. we had banana cakes and kokos milk rice, both perfect in preparation. they can sit very well outside, but also in the restaurant is modern and very tastefully decorated. that was such a great evening that I would come back to cough!"

"What a surprise, the food was not average, not just edible, but absolutely great The fish was cooked to perfection and great with the noodles. Unfortunately this restaurant is not situated in my neighbourhood, or I would come more often. The price is affordable, the...service and interior very good. Will come again."
