"Best Indo restaurant in Sydney, get the combination of nasi uduk (coconut rice), ayam bakar (marinated chicken), and kangkung balacan or sayur asam. "I have been to Phoodle several times, eat there and takeaway. Now I come here only for their Beef Pho and Vietnamese Iced Coffee. I don't think their other dishes are up to scratch. But to be fair, I have only tried a few dishes. For example, the shaking beef and crispy chicken are just not tasting right for me. Beef was tender but the flavour was off, chicken was crispy and tender but the taste was not clean and slightly oily, and the chicken tasted slightly bitter perhaps deep fried in overused oil.
