"Went here on valentines day. Terrible experience, food made me throw up. I never write 1 star reviews, this is my first. Had a $50 gift card provided by the Grove Hotel. When I got to this restaurant, had a reso but still took a while to be seated. Waitress dropped off the menu and I got first drinks quickly, but that was it. Ordered a chicken pizza and squash pasta.Took over an hour to come out. Paid $10 EXTRA to upgrade from soup to salad. The salad was terrible. Tasted a refrigerated box salad from costco. The pizza was cold and the chicken on it tasted old rubbery. The squash pasta was cold on the inside. Only ate half my food. The waitress never did a 2-bite check. I would have sent the food back or asked to just leave without paying if she did. When the waitress did come at the end of the meal, she still never asked how the food was. Instead the first thing she did was offer a take-out box for half of the food that remained on the table. Nobody asked how the meal was, nobody checked on us. I just paid the bill (still tipped) and left. I left the food and empty take-out box on the table. Went home, within 1 hour I was vomiting in the washroom. Save yourself the trouble. When you book at the Grove Hotel, ask for a gift-card to a different restaurant."

"My wife and I enjoy Vietnamese food and the reviews were pretty good for Pho Saigon so we decided to try it and wish we didn't. Dining room is rough and restaurant is cluttered but that is not the issue, food is all around just bad. Tea was good, shrimp rolls were ok but the Bun Ga Naong BBQ Lemon Grass Chicken with Vermicelli lacked any seasoning and the chicken tasted off. We also ordered the most expensive item on the menu Mi Sao Gion Deep Fried Egg Noodle, Vegetables and Seafood, it was in a very pasty gelatinous clear sauce that was almost inedible, again lacking any spice or seasoning. If you enjoy Vietnamese food I don't recommend dining here."
