"We were there at the start of our main tour and ate only a little bit: potato buffer and sausage salad. Although the potato buffers were delicious, I would close to convenience products here due to the ebony. But good, the price was fair! The sausage salad was good, not a reason to complain. And the beer was even better! Service was fast and friendly exemplary! Maybe you could offer more for children, but we could have asked."

"We have been following Barrique in Lohr/Main for several years and have watched the business grow and it now comprises not only a choice delicatessen but also a fine restaurant. The delicatessen side allows you to buy many sorts of foods and spices from all...over the world as well as a choice of house spirits which are then decanted into a bottle (and cork) of your choosing. These items make ideal gifts and there seemed to be a great selection for the forthcoming Christmas and New Year holidays. The old restaurant started with a maximum of two sorts of flammkuchen a typical German dish comprising a very thin, paper-thin, dough base with only two toppings and then quickly grilled. The new menu, eaten in much larger surroundings has a section of seven types as well as the usual choices of meat, fish and salad dishes. The owner Richard Bogar takes a great pride in his restaurant as well as in his choice of foods, and will advise you on those in which some of his spices and condiments have been used. His small but sympathetic staff have the impulse to please and it was a pleasure to be back in Richards Wine-Corner. Please mention compositefiller to him. I said I would give him an honest review for Trip Advisor, and here it is!!"

"Das Ambiente ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber dafür ist der Biergarten im Sommer umso schöner. Das Essen ist meiner Meinung nach mit wenig Hingabe gemacht... Der Salat ertrinkt im Dressing und das warme Essen scheint ehr "Aufgewärmtes" zu sein. Außerdem wurde trotz Hinweis auf Wichtigkeit Cola statt Cola "light" serviert. Die Angestellten scheinen ehr verschüchtert als motiviert..."
