"In the second half of May we visited Missen-Wilhams with a 10-person hiking group. We received accommodation „Beim Endeler“, led by the family Schmelzenbach (Vater, Mutter, Son as family business. The inn is located in a generously designed, bright building just a few years ago, which can still be built in some corners – behind it is the somewhat older house with several very favorable apartments. Although „Bei Endeler“ is located in the middle of Wilhams, despite Navi we only had to look for access a few times and have moved on several times, the paths here are confusing. A direct sign lacks clear, but the senior-patron has also eagerly and responsively described local political distortions that can be attributed to these conditions. The parking lot in front of the house has only been closed. Maybe you wait here for a spatial reorganisation? A number of parking spaces are also available in front of the guest house. We chose “Beim Endeler” due to our guide’s personal recommendation and were more than positively surprised. The restaurant lives clearly from the exquisite cuisine of the highly praised and gifted juniors, which has the best foundations, tastes creative combinations and brings very high-quality food to the table. A fixed card is in vain. The current offer is on a simple Din-A-4 sheet. Every few days the offer changes, but after no fixed rhythm or system. If a dish or some basic ingredients go down, simply new offers come to the menu plan. Depending on what the season is. During our four-day stay we have experienced two different cards, but with small overlaps. The high level of cuisine, the demanding quality of food and the incredibly good value for money have convinced the entire group. Often the parts were so lush that we had to fit or had to fight hard at least. We can only hope that the culinary offer will remain at this high level. Then we definitely come back! In addition to a daily soup and dessert, a fish dish, a vegetarian dish and 3-4 meat dishes are always enriched with regional and/or seasonal products. On the first evening we chose a highly aromatic curry mango cream soup, combining fresh fruitiness with pleasant sharpness (4.90 euros). After the current trend, the soup was served in a one-mach glass that brought the large golden yellow color well to fruit. The pork fillet tips on land frame sauce with grilled oyster mushrooms (13.40 euros were delicate and fine, the sauce dark-cremig-aromatic. There were strong butter cookies. Price and culinary as an unbeatable hit we felt the grilled oyster mushrooms with band noodles, fresh cherry tomatoes, refined with grated mountain cheese for 10.20 euros. A huge, saturating, hearty and harmonious combination. The oyster mushrooms were perfectly seasoned and peppered, had pleasant bites and mixed with the creamy bottom cream sauce perfectly with the narrow band noodles. In addition, the grated mountain cheese broke over. I could eat this deal every week. But two days later there was a new card and I had too picantly grilled shrimps on Riesling tomato sauce with fresh spinach, with band noodles, dyed with Sepia ink seduce (14.90 euros). First color, then tasteful. The cook is simply always able to conjure with different consistencys and handles, with different flavors and variety of flavors unanimously. The shrimps were of the best quality, the sauce creamy and rich, the slim noodles dyed with Sepia were just a eye-catcher. We wanted to “Beim Endeler” drink the Hagnauer Spätburgunder (industrial, dark color and full-bodied aroma. Also as a scorpal (order in two sizes!) the anger of this wine still turns. The beautiful, well cut red wine glasses have an amazing filling level. Also delicious after an opulent meal: from Steinhauser Distillerie from Lake Constance. However, we didn't drive to the Allgäuer Heu-Schnaps. We'd rather sniff the hay off the door."

"About the price-performance ratio can be nothing to milk, eating is good as long as they keep on pizza and pasta. the service leaves much to wish. murry waiter, the teller are more or less on the table combated, even a short hand will be lifted an empty teller over an still eating other person. . in my eyes not go! friendliness goes differently. I know what I'm talking about, come out of gastronomy. . with security some more critical but not as close as other guests. pity for the very nice local, we have seen it at least on the last"
