"We were in a hurry to have something light fresh for lunch. We shared prawn cold rolls, I had pho my partner had mushroom, chicken soup. My pho was a small serve but it was sizeable! Friendly efficient service. This place was recommended to us we felt it was worth the visit. On a beautiful sunny day sitting in the courtyard makes a delicious meal enjoyable. Next time we'll come back take the time to relax enjoy the food."

"The vegetarian dishes appeared very plain on the menu and we were told they could not make the Thai curries without the meat. On asking if we could have chilli added to our chosen dishes from very limited vegetarian options we were told there were no changes as everything was premade. After explaining that we didn't want changes, merely a bit of fresh chilli added as the veggies were stir fried we were told this was not possible and they would bring out some fresh raw chilli we could add to the finished dish. It wasn't really what we wanted but we agreed. When the dishes arrived we had to remind the waitress of the chilli and also asked for some soy sauce. She eventually brought us a large jug of soy sauce and a large container of chilli and as she apparently couldn't leave these with us began putting the chilli and then trying to pour the sauce onto large side plates. I'm really not sure why she couldn't have brought us a small dish of chilli and soy so we could add it ourselves. The food was okay, although was almost cold and certainly was not the intense and fresh Asian flavours that we enjoy at other restaurants and cafes. Main courses were $20 for a very small serve of what ended up being stir fried bok choi and broccoli with a little bit of garlic. Wine was $9.50 for a glass that didn't even seem to be a standard serve. Very disappointing!"

"This is my favourite Asian restaurant by far, since I love and respect Japanese food and culture, it is a good place to experience Japanese home-cooked style of food that is eaten by Japanese people almost daily. I struggled to find an Asian restaurant that served Japanese cuisine other than sushi, so I was very pleased that I found this place that serves a wide variety of Japanese cuisine. The staff are very friendly and the food is delicious. I hope this helps anyone interested in going to this restaurant. :"

"We tried Yamada for a Monday night lazy dinner. We ordered the Salmon platter to share. The sushi was tasty and not too stodgy rice. This is a decent outlet if you want to grab a quick bite sitting down or take away"

"We did a birthday party at this restaurant recently. We could not be more happier with how everything went. The food was top notch. The restaurant manager was very accommodating to all our requests. He even arranged baby food which was not in their menu for the little ones. Entire staff were very supportive. Everyone in the guest list loved the food. Right amount of spices and very authentic preparation. I highly recommend this place if you are a indian food lover."

"My brother and I possibly had the worst takeaway from here this past Saturday. We ordered a burger each, a drink, a nugget basket, fries, plus an extra six nuggets. Firstly, my brother ordered bacon to go in his Nordburger. What he received was not that, but rather half a strip of bacon fat, with very little meat on it. The fries we got were soggy, cold and unsalted, which rendered them flavorless and impossible to enjoy. My chicken burger tasted... well, odd! There was onion upon onion upon onion in it, and a smaller than average overly fried bit of chicken hidden in there amongst all that onion. The one redeeming quality were the nuggets, though they were not without fault. They tasted great, but in the extra pack of six nuggets, we only received 5. The other was instead a tater tot. We paid for 6, yet were given 5. Free tater tot or not, this was deceptive. An accident by the kitchen staff I'm sure, but still we couldn't help but feel a bit ripped off. Overall...

"Wow. I haven’t been to a restaurant with such negative appeal in a while. The manager had the wherewithal to greet me and take my drink order as the bartender was busy with something at the POS which was good. However, after I ordered a soup for an appetizer, the bartender, with a perpetual scowl on his face, literally said not one word to me the entire time I was there. I had planned to order an entree, but on top of the poor service, the soup was bland and had low-quality ingredients and so I moved on to another nearby restaurant instead."
