"First time here. I 'm by means no expert on Thai food, but I am a (self-proclaimed) expert on why I came here in the first place. Tom Yum Soup. I ordered a large chicken soup with a 5 on a 1-5 'spicy scale ' because I LIKE PAIIIN. Turns out, it was just 'pretty spicy '. Nothing that would blow your socks off, but everyone 's different. The broth was amazing. The one complaint is that I wish they wouldn 't use white button mushrooms and instead use oyster mushrooms as those are more traditional and it doesn 't throw off the texture of the soup like buttons do. I also got a side of spring rolls that were awesome. The staff are SUPER efficient, as you have all these ANNOYING online orderers clogging the queue coming into the restaurant, early mind you, and then throwing a fit that their order isn 't ready. The 2 ladies working the front were polite, professional and QUICK. My appetizer of FRESH spring rolls came out within 2 minutes of ordering. And this place was busy as heck. The only things that were meh is that the restaurant itself is very small and cramped (not much you can do about that) and the chairs sitting down are quite uncomfortable. Overall a very pleasant experience."

"Noodles and company isn’t bad. It’s just this location. They always pack our bag extremely full. So it makes it complicated to Carry. Why not make it easier for your customers to carry the food out of their car? Common sense right? Not for the people that work here. When we got home out of the car our bag ripped and food spilled all over the floor. We went back to tell the manager and he could care less. Acted as if it wasn’t his issue. Ended up having to order more food for our kids and spend more money"

"I am on a quest to find the best Tom Yum Soup in Denver. This is attempt #2. Pros. The soup was good, much different than what I 'm used to. The broth was flavorful and robust. It was more sweet than sour, although it 's hard to balance the complexity of flavors that is intrinsic to this soup. I asked for them to make it as spicy as they could make it, and it came out only 'pretty hot '. I want my mouth to burn but I 'm a different breed I guess. Cons. I hate white button mushrooms as they ruin the texture of the soup and aren 't traditional. I have yet to find a place that uses fully traditional ingredients. It was almost 20 bucks for about 3-4 standard cups of soup, that came out in this (pretty cool) steel pot that had a lit flame underneath, however, it was very clunky and messy to scoop the soup out of the bowl with the ladle they gave you to put it in your separate bowl. I waited quite a while for my food, about 30 minutes, considering it wasn 't busy AT ALL. The waitress who served me was very polite and bubbly, but felt like she forgot about me when I was finished and wanting to pay the check. This is a nice, cozy Thai restaurant that 's run by a bunch of millennial kids running the counter, but it still has the essence of Parker clinging onto it. Was a pretty good stay."
