"My time was amazing. The food is always excellent. I want to give a server called Samantha kudos. We sat at a table because a certain area with a stand was not available because the server in the area was on a break. After Samantha comes to our table for a short time and apologizes for not helping. She said she was not the server in the area, but she would be happy to take our drinks order. We informed them that we wanted to sit in a booth, but they said there was no server in this area. She politely accompanied us to the stand and said we could sit in a stand of our choice and take our drink order. She said our server was on a break, but would be with us soon. Our server, Sydney (with someone named Daniel) came and took our order. Thanks for being a great SERVER."

"4.5 stars First of all, the servings are generous, almost uncomfortably too much at first but once you try the food... you ask yourself why can't these portions be the norm at other places? And isn't it fun to see if they can still close the boxes after? : Bbq pork is totally worth the extra charge. That tender glistening red colored meat can't be found anywhere else nearby that I know of. And you really can't go wrong with any of the chicken options... from orange to zesty to I think the Japanese style one. They cook up fast if low or missing a particular standard item. Just ask and wait patiently for a few minutes and you'll get some of the next fresh batch! From my personal experience with the staff, it's always been kosher. Maybe there is an individual worker that's been deserving of some recent negative reviews, but usually I've seen the Asian chef so it's legit right? , maybe he's the owner, in the back doing his thing in the kitchen. The young women cashier and servers in front grind too to take orders and help you get your food. Having said that, there may be off days and stressful bad days for folks on either side of the food counter... everyone is going through something. I also can't imagine the random crazies and rude people that food service has to encounter on the daily. Empathy and respect goes a long way in general, but esp for the food industry. Only knock I can think of is the inside is janky, but it is what it is. Frfr... if it was too clean, then you know the Chinese food woudn't be that great!"

"What a surprise! This place is located in a small shopping center just on the side of Harbor Freight. I didn't expect much, but I was surprised. Eating was great and the server was also great. The owner/cook even came out to make sure everything was good. Pad Thai noodles with chickens and vegetables, coconut soup."

"My visit to Family Mongolian BBQ on Tapo St was largely enjoyable. The food truly stands out – the flavors, freshness, and variety offered are hard to beat, especially at the reasonable prices they've set. Whether you're a fan of Mongolian cuisine or just dipping your toes in for the first time, there's something here that's sure to delight your taste buds.However, a couple of things kept the experience from being perfect. The interior felt rather warm, perhaps due to a poor AC unit or lack thereof. On a hot day, this can be a bit uncomfortable. Additionally, while the general ambiance seemed clean enough at first glance, a closer look around revealed some areas that could benefit from a thorough cleaning.All in all, while there's some room for improvement, the delicious food and value for money make it a spot worth visiting. I'd recommend it to friends, but maybe on a cooler day!"

"I grew up in the San Gabriel Valley, so I grew up eating Chinese food cooked by Chinese people, eaten by Chinese customers, alongside my Chinese high school friends. Finding adequate Chinese food outside of the San Gabriel Valley has been a pickle for most of my adult life living in the San Fernando Valley, Agoura Hills, and now Simi. However, Panda Bowl is the real deal. The black pepper beef is delicious, and my kids absolutely love the barbecue chicken, the orange chicken and the teriyaki chicken. Their noodles are the real deal, and scratch the noodle itch that I cannot satisfy at Panda Express. I am here probably once a week for their egg flower soup and won ton soup, and have to be careful to alternate soups each week, or I will get cut off by my husband, hehe. The portions are also very generous, and the prices are very good. However. If you're coming here to pick up dinner, aim for arriving before 7 p.m., which is when they stop cooking food (except for soup). This is a family-owned restaurant, so naturally they are not trying to have a ton of food leftover at the end of the night."

"Delicious Cashew Chicken. They have a few tables for outside dining, or you can eat inside. Very good service, with a helpful server, and the food is consistently good and tasty. Wish I could say more, but I've been there a couple of times and have ordered the Cashew Chicken each time. It's good!"

"If you’re looking for some really good food at a very affordable price Fire Island Grill in Simi Valley is it. The food here is always fresh and delicious. I recommend the Fire Island Bowl with Char-Grilled Chicken, sautéed veggies, half Island Rice and half Island Noodles. My favorite sauce is the Lava Flow Peanut, but if your not into spicy go with Pineapple Teriyaki. The Pineapple Chicken Sandwich is also very good."
