"This store had a system error when we scanned the QR code to order, and merged our order to the table next door. As a result, our noodles were never served. Later, the waiter came over and asked what we ordered, saying that we scanned the QR code to another table by mistake. How could we go to someone else’s table to scan the QR code when they first came up? How could we complain that their system was wrong when paying the bill? How could our first reaction be to blame the guests? The waiter apologized and offered a discount, and the foreman next to us No response, not a penny reduced, the beef noodles are just passable, a bit soft, the soup is okay, and the fried noodles are a bit hard. As a specialized ramen shop, it still lacks a lot. I will not come again."

"Used to love the pork tonkotsu ramen, but the last 4 times quality had decreased. Staff members won’t take the time to communicate accurately with the kitchen about food, so there are mistakes in orders. I tried to avoid to speak up about my food being undercooked, they then burnt the meat. When asking for another piece, they forgot about and us which was uncomfortable. Hard to see that they won’t care about customers and the food’s quality is not as good anymore"

"Seafood boil flavors are amazing! Our server answered all our questions and ensured we had the best possible experience for a Wednesday lunch. Will definitely be coming back.Edited to include a bathroom review: it is spotless. Also ceraphil lotion and dispensable mouthwash is available to freshen up."

"Super hit or miss. There’s been times where it was an amazing full bowl of ramen (usually a little on the salty side which I personally like). However there’s also been times where it was just so crazy oily and they filled my bowl with so much less ramen than they should so I left hungry. Lovely interiors, great location!"
