"After reading reviews on Tripadvisor, we decided to book dinner here during a recent trip to bergen, and it's a little gem. I had lapskaus starter, followed by meatballs for main course, my wife had the onion soup starter, and the plukkfish for mains. All the food was hearty and clearly home cooked, and was delicious, I was very surprised as my wife is very fussy about eating soup nad fish but she chose them both for dinner and cleaned her plates. really nice atmosphere here, a lovely neighbourhood type place, the dining room is like being in someone's living room, the food and the service was excellent. we returned just for a drink a couple of days later and found the same chilled vibe. Heartily recommended and would definitely return if we go back to Bergen. Loved it."

"Absolutely bizarre...made a reservation online a month before our visit and was put on the wait list . Asked after we checked in and they said there is no wait list the website is faulty and the restaurant is closed. They will be getting a new chef and a new concept. Very odd since the hotel website still refers to the restaurant as existing."

"The people at the reception had a not harassed attitude. I interacted with 4 different receptors during my stay and they were all the same. not rude, but also not friendly. I had the single room, it was smaller and louder than expected, but very comfortable. I had a study without seeing the park I enjoyed. they had a really, really good breakfast and the chef at the eistation was very friendly and ensured that I had an authentic Norwegian breakfast experience. he did my day. the location is however the best part of this hotel, also the bus to the airport is directly opposite. overall, I would stay."

"In doing research on exploring Bergen on a cruise port a there were a lot of reference to stop here to have lunch and try the sausages. The place opens at 11 am and we got there like 15 minutes after and there was a line already so it is a popular spot especially with cruisers in port. The line moved fairly quickly. The menu board is above the window and in a few different languages. We were three in our group and we tried the Reindeer sausage, the frankfurter and the cheese sausage. While I liked the reindeer sausage it was under seasoned along with the frankfurter one. The cheese one actuality had the most flavor of the three. I did not do the Reindeer sausage with the mustard just the Loganberry sauce but still the sausage itself did not have some of those spices you expect out of a frankfurter/sausage. I expected more pop of flavor. Overall it was good a worth a try and a meat you don't typically don't see in the US. Service was good a they were pleasant."

"Travel in bergen, on a weekday evening the place was not crowded. ambiente was beautiful and greeting was very pleasant and friendly. he was also pleasant with his order / chassis tasks! the ordering experience was very friendly and easy. good: good selection of vegetarian options that are served are hearty and worth for money self ordering and payment at the cash is efficient, and eating served their table friendly and welcoming service from the personal can improve: special offers on drinks or desserts more choice of sausages from overall we had a very pleasant time there and recommended to visit vegetarian. their halloumi burger and vege quasadillas are delicious!"

"A nice place to sit and eat a little bit small, but I must admit that the vegan cheese sandwich has disappointed me a little. it's delicious, but I expected something better. but the vegan carrot cake was delicious. I just want to warn you that the cream on it is very sweet."
