"Do not miss!! This cafe is in the same bakery building that’s been supplying bread to Nusfjord for ~150 years. 7 years ago, a local family bought the building and converted it to a bakery that continues to use the original, restored stone oven, but now makes fantastic pastries. The Skolebrord (custard filled cinnamon roll) is one of the best pastries I’ve had anywhere- not too sweet, perfectly creamy, extremely fresh, and the Kanelsnurr are excellent as well. If you get there early, you get them warm from the oven. Their coffee is straightforward drip coffee and very solid. You can get a bit of the history from the family of women working there- who are incredibly warm and friendly."
