"BLT Burger is American burger joint with two restaurant here in Hong Kong including this franchise in the Ocean Terminal section of Harbour City Mall in TST. I recently ordered delivery from BLT Burger. Sadly my order ended up taking 71 minutes to arrive (quoted time was 20-30 minutes) and my burger was cold when it finally arrived. This was really unfortunate given the higher price (HK$148) of Tex-Mexican burger. The patty was grilled nicely at medium rare the natural beef flavour of the USDA prime beef was there. Toppings were fresh and bread sturdy, held the burger together well. But who likes eating cold burgers? In the end, this probably would have been a pretty good burger had it been delivered within a reasonable amount of time. Sadly, it was cold and seemed like a waste of time, money and food."
