"It was a very busy day. There were challenges for the staff: a register has stopped taking credit cards. There was a larger than expected run on Bagels and a large amount. But through everything the staff worked together and could smile. Our soft salami sandwich was wonderful. I feel very strong that when a staff works together during an extremely busy time, they will also be exemplary in routine days."

"Bagels are pretty good as well as the lemon slice cake and crumb cake. the chocolate croissant is a disgrace. its a bun with a sliver of chocolate pre-packaged and tiny. Avoid it if youre looking for a flaky pastry."

"The thickest bagel around. For $9, I got a plain bagel with lox cream cheese and that thing could barely fit in my hand! Flavor wise, I thought the cream cheese was pretty unique because I've never come across cream cheese with lox embedded in it. They don't skimp out on the cream cheese but at some point (aka halfway through) the flavor got way too overpowering with this cream cheese to bagel ratio. My biggest qualm was that the bagel was hard af. I got it toasted and that was a big mistake. Instead of getting it warm with a nice crisp, it turned out incredibly hard. By the time I got through half my bagel, my jaw was so fatigued from all the chewing. With that being said, don't get your bagel toasted!As for the service, I came on a Thursday at noon and it was packed! I waited about 20 minutes just to order and then another 10 to get my order so beware of potential rush hours. Overall, decent bagel place but wouldn't frequent often unless I was desperately craving a bagel like that."

"I am leaving them five stars but in truth, they probably don’t deserve five stars not because anything was bad, but nothing was great. They do have a huge selection to choose from the food is pretty good. The decor is pretty good. You can make coffee at the coffee bar and prepare yourself, which is a thumbs up for me."
