"My family and I ate at this location about 6 PM on Saturday, March 23rd and were checked out by Samantha. I am not one to complain much, but she was by far the rudest fast food employee I’ve ever dealt with and we weren’t even complaining or anything. Aside from not knowing the menu she didn’t even look at us, did not reply with any level of general politeness, and ‘I don’t know’ and ‘whatever’ seem to be a regular part of her vocabulary. I get that she is a young employee, but if the managers haven’t picked up on this level of customer service they need to do a double take."

"I was very disappointed with my food I normally go to the location on 336 S. Loop West and I never have a problem with my food it’s always fresh and hot not today from this location my chicken nuggets were very cold and tasted old and they looked like they had been sitting under the warming lamp for a long time I bit into 1 and it was all dried out and the fries were burnt and hard I just couldn’t eat anything so I decided to just throw everything away I was really hungry hadn’t eaten all day and I was ready to enjoy my food but unfortunately it didn’t happen I only went to this location because I was in the area going to Target but never again will I order food from here just a waste of my money and time ?"

"Does not look like much from the outside, but the inside is new. The restaurant was clean, the food was excellent and served quick, staff was friendly and attentive. I felt like I had gone back in time to the 80's when fast food places cared about the customer."

"The food was great, we went at lunch time and the line moved fairly quick considering how busy they were. The reason for only 1 star is, my wife went inside to use the bathroom while I sat in the drive thru. She said there feces and blood all over the women's restroom."

"I tried the buffalo chicken ranch sandwich with extra pickles and a side of Cajun fries. It was very good. It took a long time to get it over the counter but it was hot and fresh."

"The location is on top of a hill and fairly easy to go in and out. The drive thru was a little busy but it moved at a steady pace. The chicken nuggets and fries were good and no different than any other McDonalds. The consistency was good and the service was good as well. Overall the experience at this McDonalds was good and will happily make another visit."
