"I will always give a business the benefit of the doubt before I submit a negative review… especially if the business is short staffed, like this Popeyes location. However, this is not the first time I have had an issue here. I have ordered food from this Popeyes probably around 10 times, and every single time, there is something wrong with my order. Most of the time, it’s something small, like missing a straw or a napkins or something. Other times, it’s something significant, like a missing food item. Annoying, yes, but people make mistakes (myself included), and I can let it go pretty easily. Today was kinda the last straw. They didn’t have the new dessert (wild berry beignets), so that was a bummer. I wanted to avoid a long wait time by going through the drive through (I literally waited in line for 40 MINUTES last time I went) so I ordered through the app, and selected the (available) option for lobby pick up. I waited for my selected time, and when I showed up, the lobby was closed due to short staffing. I got back in my car and lined up in drive through, which was 10 cars deep . Then I give them my order number and name. It took him a bit to find my order, but he found it (so it wasn’t even ready at my scheduled time). Then I pull up to the window, and he says “two chicken sandwiches?”, and starts to hand me the bag… nope, not my order. Then he asked me my name again. I told him, and he found my order, and handed it to me… didn’t confirm what I ordered and didn’t ask me if I needed any condiments or sparkle seasoning or anything . By the time I looked in my bag, I had moved my car forward and the car behind me took the place… so I couldn’t back up and I couldn’t go to the lobby because it was closed "

"Had dinner here this evening for a date with my wife. It was a truly exceptional dining experience! First, the ambiance and atmosphere proved delightful. Warm and inviting decor, featuring colorful paintings and intriguing wood reliefs on the walls. The wonderfully welcoming and friendly staff quickly seated us. We perused the extensive menu, accompanied by some quiet dinner music. Next, the food! Our order was taken quickly and the food arrived hot and beautifully presented. It was so good I have to review it individually: The spring rolls were crispy and delicately flaky on the exterior while the interior was well cooked but still retained a freshness that is rare with spring rolls. The sweet chili dipping sauce was a refreshing balance of sweet and sour. My wife had the Massaman Curry. It was delicately spiced and fragrant, with a generous portion of proteins and vegetables. Peanuts provided some great texture but the highlight that truly made the dish was the addition of pineapple. It added a sweet bite that balanced so well with the spice blend in the curry. I usually have Kee Mao when I go out for Thai but decided to try the Golden Noodle this evening. I can’t say enough what a great choice it was. Wide rice noodles, that certainly appeared and tasted house made, were paired with beef and mixed vegetables in a sauce featuring a combination of red and yellow curries. It sounded so interesting and proved just so—spicy but flavorful, seemingly simple but surprisingly complex. Having just moved from Utah, we have been searching for a good Thai restaurant. Was so awesome to find one tonight! We will most definitely be back. If you love Thai, don’t miss this little gem in Everett."

"Good food, during dinner, not too busy. pay the first order before sitting. Eating doesn't come too long. however, lack of service. after water and utensil asked to wait too long. I ate only half, can not eat as eating only with the fingers. no water to drink there are food, as ordered several species. I ask to go to box, they make face-to-face shame that their lack of services spoil the eating."

"Came here Saturday morning at 6:45 a.m., the store hours said should be open and the lights are all on. However when I went to the drive-thru no one's answering. I even called the store three times, and no ones answering. The manager needs to update the hours on Google and put a sign with the exact opening hours on the door to let everyone know what time they open."

"Drive through is horrible. Broken display so you cannot check your order. Coke over filled and spilling out the top. Staff cannot take orders even spoken loudly without getting it wrong last three times."

"This particular location used to have impatient, even rude, employees, were slow, and often got the orders wrong. Now, the employees are polite, quick, get the orders right, and one lady who works the drive through window is always so sweet, helpful, and puts a smile on my face."
