"Called in to simply some fish and chips one afternoon. Placed order at 5.05pm, given ticket, and waited, and waited, and waited. Watched 4 people dithering behind counter, obviously in disarray and inexperienced in hot food preparation. Saw frozen fish pieces taken from a freezer after about 20 mins! Obviously not freshly prepared. Finally obtained my order at 5.40pm...35 mins later! Was given apology for the wait(how nice). Fish pieces were poor, chips were daggy and cold. I was very disappointed with the experience and will not shop there again until a HUGE improvement in service delivery and quality of food, and/or new owners."
