"We initially intended to go to Tommy Ruff Fish Bar but it wasn't open when we arrived Mordialloc at 11AM. So, we head straight to the Mordialloc Pier and found this little kiosk at the pier. The sign has deteriorated, so, you can't really see the name "Tour De Cafe" but it's a gathering place for lots of cyclists which explains the name.We had the flathead pack ($11.90) and the nuggets pack ($8.90) to share amongst three of us but we couldn't finish all the chips. Flathead pack: 4/5Nuggets pack: 3/5 (I think the nuggets are just frozen nuggets from a pack)Soy chai latte: 5/5Value: 5/5Service: 5/5Overall: 4.4/5There's no indoor seating, so, it was windy and freezing on a sunny winter day!"
