"I found this place purely by chance and I ate there several times as the food was very good but more because the people were very welcoming. All the food was hot and delicious. As a single traveller I often find that restaurants will not give you a table for one person this is not the case here they were very friendly and made me feel very comfortable."

"We ended up at Centric by accident really everywhere else was booked up. However, I’m really glad we did. The menu doesn’t really do justice to the food which was traditional with a twist. We had chicken croquettes and garlic bread to start. The croquettes were more like balls with a mint sauce underneath and were delicious. Suckling pig with puréed sweet potato was very tasty. I had salmon with a saffron cream sauce and mushy peas the flavours were perfect. Eldest son had a clearly homemade lasagne (huge portion he couldn’t finish it). The kids menu had a good amount of choices and my younger children demolished the chicken nuggets. Desserts were equally good a chocolate concoction of mousse (with popping candy) and brownie went. Apple tart was light and had a slight alcoholic addition to it. The staff were attentive there were nice touches like a pre starter, lollies for the kids and a liqueur at the end for the adults. My only regret is that we didn’t discover it earlier as we would definitely have gone back. We are sadly leaving Pollenca tomorrow but next time we are back it will be first on the list."
