"I had the vegan zucchini noodles and a almond milk matcha latte here. The flavors were fantastic! There were some other clearly marked vegan options, and many vegetarian options that could possibly be made vegan (I did not ask). The service was friendly with cozy decor. I would definitely be back next time!"

"They have chunky chips!! Great wide cut chips and friendly service. I've tried a number of fish and chip shops across Papamoa and although this is in Mount Maunganui, it's worth the trip to get there. This is now my favourite of all takeaways."

"Nice and cheap for fish and chips in comparison to the other via the road! for Chinese eating they also do really nice eating and smorgasbord. Call them first so they don't have to wait too long. the waiting period is usually 15 minutes or 20 minutes when they are busy, but usually 15 minutes, even if they are super busy. menu also available. fish is beautiful, chips are beautiful, nuggets and sausages we are not sure that they are in order, but pams nuggets from the super market are more beautiful (just to compare). beautiful people and clean. Hygiene is great. they don't have plastic bags, but if they buy loose, they'll put their food in a box floor."

"Right off the bat this is a old school Bethlehem establishment, you would think it was run down BUT no. This is fantastic both in service and in food, because it has the stable fast food, but you can do a smorgasbord or cooked for you. Then there is the parking it is good especially if you live north of Bethlehem town. Always a pleasure if I am heading home."

"I don 't normally post reviews, but we were profoundly disappointed with our meal last night. Not only were they 40min delayed in bringing the food out for us to pick up, but we could tell that the meals had been made very cheaply. The meat dishes consisted of 5 small pieces of meat swimming in sauce and the vegetarian curries were made from bags of frozen veg (broccoli, red capsicum, green beans, corn etc). One of the meals had about half the amount in the box compared to the other and the onion bhajis were dripping in oil.. You could tell this was a 'for profit ' restaurant with no real heart or pride in the meals they make. All in all, $93 and I can 't say we will be back."
