"The food was hot and fresh, and our waitress kept our glasses full of water. the portions are super large and let them feel sick. we didn't wait time for a table either. silly me forgot my holdback case and had wrapped my holdback in a serviette at the table. I forgot her and called the restaurant as soon as I realized. they found them and put them behind the counter for me until I could pick them up. the name of this restaurant really testifies how friendly they are. no pictures of the food sad because I have inhaled it before I realized, but really is a great place to get good eating, big portions and fantastic service."

"We went to Palmer at Main st. RestaurantAnd the was terrible. We waited to get seat for more the 20 minutes. And after we seat and after the waitress never show to our table . Was around 2pm no was busy just 2 tables with customers. We decided to leave for terrible service.We decided to go back home to Chicopee. And my husband decide to try the Friendly's there. "Before I start my review, a comment to other customers, cut these guys some slack, they're understaffed and still absolutely killing it, unless you've worked in customer service and have dealt with severe understaffing, please try to be more understanding and considerate. They are people too. The only Friendly's I'll come to.The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. Even when dealing with being severely understaffed, they keep a smile on their faces and do their best.I truly hope that their hard work and constant excellence in customer service is being recognized and rewarded. They deserve it!My boyfriend and I came here today and they only had one server, Anastasia, she was wonderful, despite being the only server. She was so pleasant. The hostess was awesome too. This place has a truly amazing team on hand. We kept seeing the hostess and kitchen crew come up front to help buss tables and help the server, awesome team work!We'll definitely be back. I hope they end up getting more staff for their own sake and sanity."
