"Waited in line for close to an hour. Uber eats drivers get priority. No service or any attention given to dine in customers. Hopefully this location doesn't come out of the pandemic...close this disgrace to the BK name down."

"Went to the Burger King at 100 Eglinton Square, Scarborough, ON M1L 2K1 around 10:45 pm , ordered beef and chicken burgers. Beef Burgers were fine. Chicken patty and the nuggets had the smell of oil, the bun of the chicken burger was totally burnt. When I went up to the counter to complain, the person behind the counter said they don't have any feedback forms and that I should look up online for ways to register feedback. About the taste of the oil in patties and nuggets they said they can't do anything about it, the oil will be changed tomorrow and there's nothing that can be done , for the burnt bun they didn't have any answer."

"I thought that BK was one of the fast food stores. Not a pleasant place to dine-in. I took my daughter there for a burger. The order taker kept forgetting to hand over the already prepared food to people waiting in for their orders. She had to be constantly reminded that the order for a certain customer was ready. It took me around 30 minutes before my order was handed over to me and it wasn't even busy. The area where the fries were being made had dropped fries all over the floor. I would only go there if I don't have another choice."

"Beautiful. The staff were the kindest people I’ve ever met. My mom was recently diagnosed with Celiac disease. This has made it tremendously difficult to find GF alternatives that taste good and are affordable. My mom and I definitely have a sweet tooth, but we find it difficult to bake things that don’t contain gluten as the final product is usually dry and tasteless. Almond Butterfly, you did not only impress me with your lovely selection of delicious baked goods, you made me feel so welcomed and heard as I stumbled in and frantically tried to explain that it was my first time at this café and I didn’t know what to choose for my Mom. I unfortunately didn’t grab the name of gentleman who was helping me, but he walked me through choosing some of his favourite items that he thought my mom would like. It was so nice to bring home baked goods that she could actually eat and enjoy!! Thank you so much! I will be back soon. P.S. The cheesecake was amazing (I don’t think they always have it). It was soooo good. Also, their chocolate chip cookies are literally better than 95% of regular flour chocolate cookies. Love!!!"

"Tried Tofu special (boring and lacking flavour) and spicy beef( spice was good but dish was still not interesting). Needs more effort, or a better cook. Soup was not warmed through. Sent it back. Maybe main menu is better prepared, but I will never...know."
