"Bad employee, I was very satisfied with the previous times I came, but today is different. I think this store changes staff constantly, because every week I come here is a new employee. Therefore, new employees hardly know all the recipes. I have no complaint about they are slow or need to remember all the recipes, but the service must be good. Like today, a white guy with curly brown hair staff, I don’t know his name and I never seen him before. So, I don't know if he discriminate me or what, but the way he serves is so terrible. The thing is that I come first, after me are 2 ladies, then other lady go alone. So the staff was blending for the last lady first, then 2 ladies after me and then mine, even though I waited almost half an hour. He didn’t say anything except “sorry for waiting”. Okay, you better serve who come first not who come last!!! Or at least give me a good reason why I have to wait half an hour for only 2 drinks! … terrible staff terrible service!"
