"The environment is beautiful, very soothing. the staff is helpful and friendly. the kitchen is however a serious problem for the price. was it due to a lack of staff in the next season? the hechtknödel were not homemade, the soße was a simple...collection of industrial lobster bisque and crème fraiche. the tasteless spade came directly from a dose, the salat dressing came from a catering tube. the frozen trout was digested and overcooked. that was not lorrained about it and looked more like a kind of smoked and carburized Turkish şucuk. the frozen desserts froze a carbahn restaurant. for more than 60€ for two we eat in thiriet sodexo low cost intercompany restaurant with view of the sea. I have the impression that management takes the customers for idiots."
