"Fine for dinner but don’t go for a special occasion because they don’t care. We went to Chops city Grill for my sons birthday. I called the day of our reservation to let them know we were celebrating a special birthday. The woman on the phone seemed scattered but assured me we would be taken care of. We had a nice dinner and good service and ordered dessert. We expected at least a candle on my sons dessert and got nothing. It was such a huge disappointment. There are so many beautiful restaurants in Naples that take special celebrations seriously and deliver (Trulucks, Del Mar, The continental to name a few) sadly this isn’t one of them."
