"What a great neighborhood bar. Everyone was friendly. Waitstaff made great drinks. They put on a comedy show upstairs and it is well run with great acts. The pizza was great. The other food was hit and miss. The spinach dip was watery and tasted like it was frozen then microwaved. If the food was consistently good it would be a 5 star place."

"First I want to say this was my first and last time I will eat here. Gonna go over what I felt was wrong. The line to order food is a narrow walkway and people have to move to and from the counter in this narrow area. Who thought that was a good ideato crowd customers like that? I had never eaten here before, so I decided to order Earl's Binge but with polish sausage insteadof hotlinks. When the food arrived it was this massive pile of food that was just thrown on. The corn was literally a full ear,but was dry and undercooked. Looked like it was out a while and then reheated, but no butter? You know what wasn't undercookedthough? The meat! The ribs I could barely eat 1 because they were so dry, I couldn't eat any of the brisket, it was soovercooked it was inedible. That's fine though because bbq sauce right? Arguably the worst sauce I have ever tasted. I tried thehot first and literally grimaced, it was awful. Speaking of sauce though, it was pretty difficult to do anything with sauce,because this tiny plate had a big pile of food on it. Are we supposed to stand the corn on its end to get it out of theway? Overall, I wouldn't even give this place 1 star if possible. Sucks I spent so much money and didn't even eat half my foodbecause it was so bad. Do not recommend/ will not be back."

"I went to Saks Wing Shak for the first time in 2017. I don 't get to go as often as I would like but personally, I think this is my favorite wing place in Chattanooga! The food is always made fresh (yes, that means expect to wait for a few minutes), the staff have always been kind and friendly, the variety of the food on the menu is unique but great (everyone will find something they like), and I honestly do not believe you can 't beat the prices especially for what they have. If you have driven down Brainerd Rd and looked over at the place fourteen hundred times thinking I 'd like to try that place one day , take the time out of your day and stop and grab something!Parking: This is a Drive Thru only restaurant, be prepared for that, you will likely pull up and wait for your food to get ready and your food will be brought to you by one of the wonderful employees. Makes for a great take out lunch/dinner and either take home or go have a picnic with the kids."

"The BBQ wasn't bad. It wasn't amazing but it was a good option to go to. They have a good lunch deal where you get the chicken and a large amount of sides for around 10 bucks which is a great deal and you get a lot of food. I also appreciate the lady that comes around with a basket of fresh bread rolls asking if you want more which we happily obliged. The ribs and brisket were pretty good and had a sizable portion and the mac and cheese was very tasty as well."

"Buyer beware: I paid for one pound baby back ribs through Door Dash. I received 1/2 pound baby back ribs and that?s 3 slices ribs!!! I called the restaurant to ask why I only received 3 ribs?! I was told that 3 slices of ribs is a pound. Thankfully, I have a scale and weighed the ribs and ribs were 1/2 pound. The manager told me to bring the 3 ribs to the restaurant and I guess so she can verify the weigh of the ribs herself. It doesn?t take a rocket scientist to figure out that 3 ribs is 1/2 pound. I drove 15 minutes to the restaurant with the 1/2 pound ribs. The manager said the ribs were indeed 1/2 pound. I will not order from here ever again."

"Decent ribs, but hardly a rib palace I rather like rubbed ribs and they had them. Other than that the sides were just ok. Also have had pulled pork which wasn't half bad The draw as I see it is relative proximity to the ballpark which means no or high priced parking on game nights. Cabelas is a bit further away as are the theaters. At non-game times this means something to do besides eating But if by chance you can live with doing nothing but taking a stroll along the riverwalk, Earl's is along that stroll. Of course you could spring for a water taxi ride as well and cruise past."

"I hadn't been to a Spring Creek BBQ for a few years and decided tonight to get take out. Long story short. I was missing items from my order and got questioned about it by the employee when I explained to them that my order was incomplete. Once I showedthe employee my email receipt she walked away without saying a word and starting working again on the order. The employee cameback with just one of the items. I had to remind her that I still needed one more to make my order complete. She again turnedaway and got the item and placed it at the table and just walked away. No apology, no have a nice day. Nothing. You shouldtreat every person who comes into your establishment like it is their very first time and make sure their experience isenjoyable. That is the way to retain customers for the future. I understand that mistakes happen, but just not acknowledging aperson is not the way to do it. I wont be coming back."

"Delicious food! We eat here for lunch sometimes, it’s not cheap but then nowhere is these days and you get what you pay for. The food is very good quality and the portions are large. Usually between me and my husband we have some leftovers for a lunch the next day. Last time I had the more lean brisket which was SO good. And I absolutely love the green beans, which are cooked with bacon and onions. The restaurant is clean, the staff are all very nice and they even bring more rolls round while you dine. There are also pickles, onions and so on that you help yourself to. We get a plate which comes with two sides, but there are lots of menu choices. No alcohol and you order at the counter. My favorite bbq."
