"Walking in to the dine in section of the restaurant was a bit anticlimactic but yet I was immediately greeted and told I could sit anywhere I liked. The wall between the dining area and the bar/stage makes the restaurant seem small, cut off from one another, but I still managed to find a comfortable spot where I wasn’t taking a table for 4 away from others as it was lunchtime and the place was half full. Ordered a 3 meat, 2 sides platter and was not disappointed. The brisket was flavorful, smoked well and not dry. The burnt ends were sweet, savory and tender beyond belief. The hot link was not too spicy and thus made for a link that had flavor. The mac and cheese and fried pickles were the best I’ve ever had. The beer here is amazing, as well. Creamy, smooth, yet thirst quenching, perfect for the heat ot ABQ. I walked away a happy man, and cannot wait to bring others here to try, enjoy.Parking: Accomodates about 50 vehicles. Paved lot. "We have heard of this Frank’s Famous Chicken Waffle restaurant and we had it down on our list as soon as we planned for the road trip from San Jose, California to Phoenix, Arizona and we decided to stop by Albuquerque, New Mexico before continuing with our trip to Denver, Colorado. All I can say is that it’s worth the trip to come to this restaurant. The chicken and waffles are delicious. The server and the owner are friendly. In fact, the owner came out to greet and chat with us as she moved to Albuquerque from the Bay Area. We were the first customers waking into the restaurant on that day. I would highly recommend this restaurant to everyone to come and try their fried chicken and waffles. We will definitely come back when we have a chance."

"The pecan ramen is really delicious. the broth is really delicious, but not too tasteful to exaggerate the other ingredients. if they like their ram spices, add something chile to them. I also had the mushroom balls, which are labeled vegan on their menu. I thought they were very tasty, but if they don't like mushrooms, they don't like them."

"Avoid at all cost!! Got a one star only because I had to give a star. Didn?t smell barbecue when u walk in the building, 1st mistake. I normally don?t do reviews but I couldn?t let nobody else go through this. Was a waist of money. I don?t see how thisplace is still in business. They drown it in the barbeque sauce for flavor but it?s still nasty. I bought ribs no smokeflavor) brisket is shredded , and sausage is just sausage . I would rather starve then eat there. $27 dollars in the trash."

"We really enjoy the food here and would eat here way more often if the service was better. We tried to go yesterday evening and after waiting 10 min just to be greeted by the hostess we were told it was going to be a 20 min wait for a party of 7 due to being short staffed. We went elsewhere."

"UPDATE: Blueberry cobbler is the bomb!! Homemade with real blueberries. Highly recommend. Must try with extra scoop or two of vanilla ice cream! We went on a Sunday for lunch around noon. Thankfully it wasn’t packed like others were saying. It was clean and service was great. Prices were reasonable and food is good but not spectacular. I got the fender bender which is good but maybe too much potatoes for my liking. Bf got 66 burger with chili fries. He said burger and fries are decent. I def recommend getting their shakes even though it seems slightly pricy but you get a good amount. I left with blueberry cobbler to go (not yet eaten at time of this review). Cute diner with yummy shakes."

"(Update) place got a lot better then my last visit. It took a little time to get our drinks but after we got a different waitress she took care of us. (2 Star)This place is always dirty and the food looks like it's been sitting there forever. I itsss to love coming here but it's definitely gone down hill."

"It’s a nice place, but the food is not that good. We bought the shrimp and the crawfish. The shrimp tasted dirty. The crawfish didn’t have good flavor, and it tasted like it was frozen. The Cajun sauce was good, but I couldn’t tell the difference between the garlic butter and the lemon pepper. The staff is really nice but I just wish the quality of the food was worth the price. There is another boil place, “Cracking Crab,” which has better food but the service is not that good. I’d suggest you order it for take out."
