"It’s ok but a little pricey for breakfast. Satisfactory assortment of foods and good choice of meats on breakfast buffet. Cheese grits were excellent! Would advise not going on a Saturday morning as you have to maneuver around unsupervised children at the buffet grabbing pieces of bacon out of the tray with bare hands, running back and forth through dining room, etc. Also, I was never offered a refill on coffee or water. May try again on a week day (during school) for, hopefully, a better experience."

"The older black lady at the counter didn't smile or greet anyone. It was like she was doing us all a favor for being there. On Google closing time is 9pm. Not 8:30pm! She was rudely kicking me out at 20 till 9pm! She locked the door at 8:30pm. She was arguing with a black guy by the register. He asked her why she had attitude. Every time I've tried to come between 8 and 9pm the lights are off. I hope the owner/manager knows she's closing early. I also wanted to point out how nasty the woman's bathroom is. The entire place needs a remodel and deep cleaning. After using the restroom I almost left. If the bathrooms in that rough of shape I wonder what the kitchen looks like?! The food was average not worth a second visit."

"I ordered pickup and my food came out of their kitchen as I was walking through the door. The calamari appetizer was okay, but the scampi fiesta was quite good: shrimp and scallops tossed in butter over a bed of tasty rice. Good crisp coleslaw as well."

"We have given Table 23 three opportunities to provide us with food we could rave about but unfortunately it’s 3 strikes you’re out!! The food is just mediocre. This last time we were there for an early dinner (weekday). We ordered the pimento cheese, the Grouper and the pecan crusted trout. For dessert it was banana pudding. Overall the food doesn’t have the flavor and dimension I would’ve expected. Lastly, we ordered the banana pudding. This southern favorite was disappointing. The bananas, the multiple wafers and vanilla taste we have come to expect from a good banana pudding was non existent in this one. Come on Table 23! We were rooting for this to be a staple on our restaurant circuit."

"A casual counter serve bbq establishment right outside Midtown in Talaassee. The food fills and tastes pretty good. While I had better bbq elsewhere, but not in the Talaassee area! Rhe Senf based bbq sauce option is delicious. ordered the destroyer (breast, onion ring, cheese, jalapeños, brioche bungalow). The roasted Okra was hot, the Mac and the cheese were disappointing, the baked beans were overcooked, but the sauce was ok. The sand and the bride was good. The sweet tea was delicious, not excessively sweet. The seat is common tables. Overall, it's okay to order the sand, but not the sides. Update 9/3/22: ordered take-out and got the rotten pig with sweet potato casrole and smoke jalapeños. Delicious! The window is out. I couldn't preorder the gift cards online, but the order in the window lasted about 20 minutes for three sandwiches with two sides each."
