"General/Ambiente with friends I visited the pizzeria “Da Michele” on 08.10 for the second time, ideally located for us because of the proximity of the francfurter main railway station. Although the trattoria has been a firm part of the gastro scene in the darmviertel in frankfurt for 40 years, there is surprisingly no rating at rk. the ristorante is cozy furnished, warm yellow on the walls, cozy sitting behind arches supported on Roman deco columns invite them to stay. the one or other tasteful deco round off the battle swamps. 3.5-star service has served a young Italian in black, not only overwhelmed “Italian” friendly, but properly operated. I chose as the other accompanying pizza and got luck not the above mentioned bristles of pizza brush as special supplement. my pizza, covered with salami. ham, mushrooms, wolves and peperoni was very good visual and tasteful. in the “Da Michele” there is a great worth on fresh and selected ingredients; so here comes only behind- and no form-hinken on the pizza, the mushrooms are fresh, the tomato sauce, pikant spicy, formed a solid basis for the delicious economical used cheese. the dough had the right thick, was perfectly baked until the middle crispy and above all spoiled good occupancy did not soften. the pizza gets 4 stars.
