"Wir waren Gäste im Hotel und haben abends im Biergarten gegessen. Das Essen war frisch und die Portionen groß. Ich hatte das Lammfleisch, welches butterzart war und meine Begleitung Gyros in käsesoße. Beiden würden wir gerne bald mal wieder essen und dazu den guten griechischen Wein genießen. Sitzen kann man dort auch sehr lange, da es richtige Stühle sind und nicht nach einiger Zeit unbequem wird. Die Bedienungen waren sehr freundlich und fix unterwegs."

The access to the place is managed after 3 steps, if you go straight through, you will land on the huge terrace, there you will be barrier-free (so that you will also be advertised when the gate is open. On this way you feel a little like in Greece, through the underground, partly uncooked walls, open garages, ... . A large terrain with sunny and shaded places, partly with roofing and side protection, the view of the Lahn is not given from all places. A few more steps down there are then some tables just above the Lahn level next to the bike path. As the communication with the service should work from there, my knowledge is withdrawn. As the only guest I choose the best view in the sun and even look at Burg Stahleck at the height. Simple garden tables and chairs provide space for 150 guests who are supplied by a garden pavillion. Upholstery make the stay relatively comfortable. Service: A young female service force without uniform brings the typical large Greek card without any special features. The price level is not exaggerated and without “sight supplement”. When the card is closed, it is back and picks up the order. The beer brings it quickly, little later the side salad. Your part is satisfactory. A young man is then responsible for the bill, also appropriately fast and friendly. Food and drink: There are only Greek wines for around 4 €. The yeast wheat from the bottle is a Paulaner in bright for 3,20 €. I fluctuate between lamb and Gyros baked with Metaxasoße (11.50 € , the latter is my order. The supplemental salad comes in, consists almost entirely of herb salad, doubling only through an olive and a peperoni. I still grump about the origin, the taste is standard. Some time later, an iron pan is served on a plate. With a lot of cheese baked pangyros, and the dish cannot score with immaculate meat quality, too many tendon and fat parts disturb the pleasure. Röstaromen absent and the sauce does not appear homogeneous, although tastefully ok. The rice is available on a plate extra, but it is very dry despite tomato base. 2.5 stars, evaluated on 2nd Conclusion: A Greek standard card without bright lights, no culinary point for me. As a stop on the bike tour conceivable or on lukewarm summer evenings for the group for celebration as in Greece, without overpriced prices."

"Nice location. The terrace has formalized us with the good autumn weather. The host didn't seem very friendly first. We ordered three waffles with ice, sauce and cream. A frying sausage with fries and drinks two water, cappuccino, coffee and latte machiatto. Unfortunately, the order of the waffles did not go quite right. There was only one waffle as ordered. The other two were only with Schokosauce. But was the ice cream and cream. The German of the waiter was not the best. Later we were still in there and ordered three Fritz Holunder. Very delicious but with 4.70 € per 0.33 € bottle definitely too expensive. Neither can anyone come to me with high energy costs or war in Ukraine. The price was too high. Drin talked to another waiter. Meanwhile, the other was also cheered and friendly. Overall but satisfied. For everything, I paid almost 70 €."
