"If they are in the opposite, to visit wineries, the zuccardi family is the one to visit – if only so they can eat lunch in pan oliva afterwards. the stunningly beautiful surroundings of the restaurant, which is deeply hidden in its wine mountains, is worth it. add delicious, fresh food bursting with taste and first class wine from the same and they have a winning combination. I visited with a tour so that my lunch was a pre-set deal, including starter, pornstar, dessert and a wee pairing for each cure. you can also order a la carte. none of the menu items is especially vegan, but the personal is well informed and can easily customize menu dishes to be vegan friendly. the meal begins with a spread of homemade broth (plat sourdough, roggen, beet bread and a crispy cracker,) white bean in a delicious chimhurry type sauce and oliven. they serve them the first wein (their choice of their white) at this place. then they can choose between two vegan starters. I chose a bruschetta that had covered a plentiful layer of a delicious white bean with sparing, artichoke hearts and peas. it was absolutely delicious! next they can choose for the main thing between a pasta (marinara or primavera) or an salat (three different sorts). they get their red wine at this place. I decided to have an salate that had beet, calf, olive, endive, walnuts and cruschy tomatoes with a slightly sweet dressing. it was one of the best salates I had in one. the cold and tomato were cooked slightly and the dressing was delicious. the mix of colors, textures and aromas made it a complex and exciting dish, although it just appears on the first look. to dessert they can finally choose between obstsalat or a sortiment of homemade sorbets. a very pleasant sweet, dessert wine accompanied this curs. I chose the sorbets. they get three creatures of a razor-iron type sorbet, which resembles a granita. the aromas are orange, grapefruit and malbec. they come over a crispy wine layer with some slices of fresh orange and grapefruit on the side. again it was absolutely delicious. refreshing and natural – you could say that they were recently made from fresh fruit. all this during eating on a beautiful shaded terrace that looked out a garden fountain and a storybook vineyard setting. I can't recommend this place anymore. it was one of the most beautiful meal times I ever had."
