"Cute little King Street cafe on the St Peters end of Newtown. Friendly service, good coffee and simple but delicious menu. Breakfast fave is the avocado on toast perfectly seasoned with salt, pepper, a dash of olive oil and a squeeze of lemon and also a good selection of pies for lunch."

"If you are looking for authentic Italian food that is good and with a real Italian feeling, then it's it. For the beginning we ordered Polenta chips with aioli and four cheeses, truffle oil arancini. We had the Diavolo Pizza and the Specials Linguine with crab. My favorite was the pizza. Any pizza I saw looked incredibly! When we ordered the Crab Linquin, we thought that the crab meat is mixed in pasta and not served a whole crab on the side of pasta. I'm not sure if it is traditional for crabs to be served as a whole. It requires a bit of work. For dessert we shared a Tiramisu that was nice. Our waiter was great, although we are constantly asking different waiters to take away our plates. Even while there were still food on the plate, and I still eat, asked if they can take it away. We had a three-course food and was just an hour and a bit there and we felt that we had rushed. I understand if we were there for two hours. Overall, I found the food well and a great value, though you really have to relax if you have to always ask yourself to take away our plates and to noise people."

"Was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant, the service was attentive and friendly the pizzas were great! Ordered a two pizzas that came out quickly, the dough was nice and thin and cooked well. Only downside was that the margherita pizza felt a fit soggy in the middle."

"This pizzeria is a very popular eatery just off Newtown’s King Street. It serves a good range of pizza and pasta as well as wines. The food we ordered was a mixed bag. We had garlic bread, which was completely average. In addition, we ordered...two pizzas. The Mykonos pizza with its feta and olives was very good. The blue cheese and rocket pizza was much less successful. The blue cheese overpowered the taste of everything else. Still, service was friendly and most of the food was decent."

"Invited 13 people (one vegetarian, one coeliac) for a 60 birthday celebration on Saturday night. Everyone enjoyed food, especially the mouthwatering lamb. Coeliac guest was well catered for. Ambience was excellent. Would highly recommend restaurant for a casual relaxed and authentic atmosphere with food to match. Poly gala Greek for very good!!!"

"Corridor caught my eye as I walked passed on my way to dinner, I stopped in and I think it's safe to say this is my new cocktail bar in Newtown. Feels like a corridor when you walk in but it is deceptively small, out the back is a really nice seating area and upstairs is space with lovely old fashioned decor!<br>
I ordered a Rubilicious, it was beautiful the rum and pomegranate worked so well together! I cannot remember the name of my second drink but the crushed cucumber and lime with white rum was amazing.<br>
They also offer a "swallow" section of the menu, complete from small bites of olives and such to vegetarian pizzas. The food looked brilliant as it passed me!<br>
I highly highly recommend Corridor as your friday night drinking spot in Newtown!!"
