"We ended up at Grotto after another place ran out of gluten free bases. It was a pleasant surprise to discover that not only did Grotto have home-made bases, but they also provided dairy free cheese. They do a fantastic job of catering for all dietary requirements - there is definitely something for everyone! The pizza menu is slightly unusual but provides a welcome change from the standard traditional menus. I had a potato pizza that was perfectly fluffy and light and left me feeling full and satisfied rather than weighed down with food. Service was wonderful - happy, smiling, and informative. We even witnessed one of the chefs showing a little girl how to twirl her own pizza - an unnecessary and very kind touch to her night. The restaurant itself is quite dark and small, but it is obviously a favourite with the locals - it was busy and deliveries and pickups were continuous almost the whole night. It is quite expensive, but for good quality pizza, I'm willing to pay the price!"

"Worst food ive ever had in a pub. Waited 55 for my meal. Which was as salty as heck. The friends had Portuguese chicken. $29 for 3 potatoes and an undercooked chicken leg. Made it mention of it, and we get to hear its a burst blood vessel. Yeah right. In the 50 years of cooking chicken ive never had it, and we had 2 in one sitting.. I would not recommend this hotel to my enemies. Stay away Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2"
