"At our visit to melbourne was price or quality no thing for me and my friend. we wanted to have Persian food and experience at the boxing day evening. when we arrived at the door, the waitress refused to enter us because we did not. She told us in English “sorry I can’t help them because they don’t have a reservation” she closed the door immediately and gave us no more explanation. we went back to our car, but I thought it didn't seem right. I called her and spoke in farsi. Surprisingly, she gave me only one reservation for the next 10 minutes. when we went back to the restaurant, a young polite man served us. but the same waitress did not seem to be welcome. After we had finished our meal, she went to our table and said: “Let me get the dishes,” she grabbed two more and beat them on the top of the last teller loudly on our table and went to theke. we were shocked and did not know how to digest the rude and unhappy behavior. I still thought that was a mistake. but when we paid the bill, she was definitiw rude and seemed sour. I have to say it was such a disappointment that people in the hospitality that served with such judging holdings. that totally ruined our day and the visit to melbourne. I still can't make any sense what happened and why she was acting like that? can the Persian room administration give us a statement?"

"The venue is enchanting, the ambiente is with retro-spanish music, great drink menu and wine selection, but the service is bad. 1) I was recommended to go a next-kartoffel bowl with the top sale pork shell that already has cartoffels in it 2) either the chefs do not seem excessively competent or it falls on the server as the main pork court that supposedly should be the top seller in the restaurant, took far over 35 minutes to partially get cold out. when I sat down, there was another table at the place and I beat the dinner rush, so I'm really not sure why my eating was not at least properly heated again. 3) it took 20 minutes to try to get everyone the attention to pay in the situation. the set group menus could be another story. would not personally recommend unless they are really looking to take their time."

"Nice atmosphere, food came out quickly but flavours were not all there. Hommus missing the garlic and lemon juice eggplant too . Cheese samboosik were not the best in flavour not worth ordering. The mix sample dips not really worth it few pickles and couple olives laden tasted not to fresh . The meshwi meat was really scrumptious Kafka also and chicken melted in the mouth. Garlic was authentic. Over all ok food but overpriced ."

"Went here for dinner a couple of years ago, ownership has changed since. Then the food was great, but now, not so good, gnocchi was stodgy, tasteless, couldn't taste the blue cheese for the life of me, pasta was pretty much the same and pizza very ordinary, wait staff were attentive, so a great pat on the back for him. Won't be back, which is a pity because the atmosphere is inviting but food has to match."
