"The best asset of this Brasserie is its location in front of the train station of Montpellier. Otherwise it is an average Brasserie in almost all aspects. May be the service is fine but the food quality is not the one expected from a typical French brasserie."

"We decided to be brave and try a restaurant not evaluated in the highest price range. we had already eaten two of the other twin restaurants forcel and felt they were worth the risk. We were not disappointed! we started with cocktails at the bar that is very well done with a modern high-end club atmosphere. friendly bar service. We quickly received a small tray of ratatouille and a salt with olives. Well done. While we were watching the bartender prepare drinks for another couple, we appreciated his technique and ordered the same thing. for me, a raspberry mojito and for him, a normal mojito. very generous and really refreshing drinks by this hot day. we sat at our table, which was close to the beautiful open kitchen. servers were carefully and beautifully dressed in black with white tennis shoes. all were very friendly and very effective in their work. it seemed like everyone was working on all the tables and everything went very well, especially if we take into account that the restaurant was open less than two weeks. we enjoyed the fixed price menus. They were generous and at a reasonable price. But we were doing crazy a little that day, so we ordered the card. I started with the tuna entrance that proposed tuna in three ways - tataki, gravalx and crispy. so nicely seasoned and presented. it started with the entrance of redt and mackerel half-cuit and marine. once again so well presented - simple, elegant and delicious. He wanted red meat, so I agreed to share the Aubrac Cj\harolais beef for two. Wow, a copyy and so perfectly prepared. we asked to try the three sauces - bearnaise, jam and juice with the smoke of cèpes. the beef was served with creamy potatoes and a celery-rave purée. flavors and textures danced in our mouths. We had a nice red wine that was suggested by the server - which surprised him by suggesting one of the cheapest reds in the list. He was perfectly married to our meal and in the heat of the day was not a big red. after all, we skipped dessert, but the desserts that were served around us looked divine. the other tables were a mix of types of parties, from the oldest to the companies. Most were groups of three or more. I really need a reservation, but we were able to enter when we wanted it. As the word begins to come out, wait for delays in obtaining a reservation as it will certainly become a must-see place to go. I'll test this next month!!"
