"Came here for lunch on Easter (Sunday) before the Bendigo Easter Parade. The Bridge is near the end of the procession so it is an ideal place to come for lunch on this day. It was very busy as you would expect, so we werent able to get a table outside. We easily found a table inside for four of us. In the pub section you grab menus from the bar and order at the same. We did this quickly and ordered drinks.There are many options that sound appealing on this menu so it can be hard to select from. I ordered quesadillas for $19 (mexican chicken in tortillas with avocado, lettuce, sour cream, cheese, corn, salsa and chilli) and my family ordered a schnitzel burger and two beef burgers. We were able to alter one of the burgers slightly (no bacon or egg for my younger niece) which was appreciated. There didnt seem to be a surcharge for a public holiday, the cost seemed to match the menu and we werent told about it if there was one.Considering how busy the place was our meals were so quick. It took maybe ten minutes for our food to come out. The meals all looked really good. The three burgers came with the tastiest looking chips (they reminded me of the triple cooked ones from Boris Murgers which I love.) I tried a few and they didnt disappoint!My quesadillas were so tasty!! There was so much food on my plate. The tortillas and chicken and cheese combination was amazing and went so well. The corn and sour cream were also delicious. I was very impressed. It was a large meal and I couldnt eat it all but my brother happily finished it off and loved it too.The burgers were all enjoyed by my family too. These were also very generous serving sizes and we all left feeling nicely full and ready for the parade.Very impressed with the overall experience. The wait/bar staff were all very friendly and helpful too."

"Ordered take away tonight and the staff told us it would be 20-30 mins which was ok as it was a Friday night. Nothing to fancy Cantonese noodles, fried rice and noodles (ho fun) asked for no prawns but extra Chinese sausage. After waiting around...75 mins for our order I didn’t get any prawns in the noodles but I also didn’t get any Chinese sausage which is the star of the dish. If you have that many orders then just say it’s going to be an hours wait."

"I hadn't eaten here for awhile and decided to try it again. Their breakfast menu had a number of yummy options, I decided to go with the avocado on toast and added a poached egg. I was super disappointed to discover the poached egg had a very hard centre, certainly not how you expect to find eggs at a cafe like this. Would recommend the avocado on toast but skip the egg! The coffee was great."
