"We justed walked in one Saturday afternoon. The place was packed including families, which is a good sign? They managed to find us a table. Staff were obviously busy but efficient and friendly. We didn't wait long for the food, which was good, to arrive either. Very impressed with the place. Especially the reasonable prices. £10 to £11 for a pizza literally just off the city center? Struggle to get a take away for that! Great value. No wonder it was so busy?"

"Outstanding. I normally don't come back twice in the same place when travelling but this was worth. Coffee is delicious (even for the standards of an Italian), pancakes are among the fluffiest I've ever eaten in the UK and the sourdough they serve the eggs with is real bread (a rarity in this country). Super recommended!"

"Dreadful! Cannot be bothered to expand too much. Walked out on arrival of first 3 dishes. Not even as good as Iceland budget frozen food! Amazing it even arrived considering how bad the service was."

"I went in this morning and none of the staff had masks on. I went in with my family to have a bite for breakfast. I can quite honestly say it is not worth it. The man who ushered us in was very quick to be rid of us, he was staring at us as if we were doing something wrong. It was quite honestly insulting! When I asked for a latte extra foam I was told it would be an extra 50p (really an extra 50p for a little foam? Disgusting). The coffees were stone cold and incredibly watery quite honestly I’d be surprised if any actual coffee was used, we watched the man make them and leave them by the machine for at least ten minutes before handing them to us and when we said they were cold we were asked “what do you expect? Do you want to burn your mouth?” The food was bland and overpriced. My cutlery was dirty and when I asked to have it changed I was treated as if I had caused a great amount of trouble for simply asking for my hygienic utensils. It took about 5 minutes to get the managers attention and when we asked for some assistance he was incredibly rude about it. The staff all share the same lack of a work ethic, they are incredibly rude and after the way the manager (I believe his name was Nico) spoke to us you can clearly see what sort of standard is being set when dealing with customers. I’d advise you not to set foot in this establishment if you want even a remotely positive experience. Utterly disappointed and will not be returning."
