I first came across her tasty tacos tamales and churros at the Roslyn Farmers market in Roslyn Washington and after finding out that she also had a little stand in Ellensburg, I realized that I just needed to hop into my Jeep to enjoy a plate of amazing tacos!Naomi is a wonderful person with a heart warming smile. Her and her family will make you feel welcomed and they are gracious and wonderful.I LOVE Genesis Churros!"

"Don't order online or on the app. Half the order was missing and it took me a while to get back to ihop to correct the order. They had the food right out for me but it was from the original order that sat around for 45 minutes by that time and was cold. PS. Their containers melt in the microwave. "Really good authentic Mexican food! My husband got the medium burrito with ground beef and he said it was good. I got the carnitas plate with chicken and fresh tortillas and everything was really delicious and fresh tasting. Our girls (ages 5 and 7) both got cheese quesadillas, but they both didn't eat them after their first bites because they said the cheese tasted weird and was very bland. So I tried them and the cheese did taste weird, like a sour mozzarella taste. But overall we would definitely come back. Really yummy."

"Such a cute, cozy restaurant. Our waitress was so sweet and helpful. They have lots of vegan options, it's amazing. Their Mexican rice is vegan, their black beans are whole (therefore no lard!! , they have TOFU that they will make you fresh, and all their vegetables and sauces are fresh and DELICIOUS!! We got two tofu fajitas with corn tortillas (specify no sour cream , and are now feeling full, but not stuffed, and still full of energy to go on our bike ride. Will definitely come back the next time we are in Ellensburg!!!!"
