"Up front I want to say that the waitresses were AMAZING and this review in no way should reflect on them trying to make the best of this situation. This without a doubt in my mind falls squarely on back of house and management. Summary: Kitchen sent out asandwich that had very little meat, refused to fix, then refused to make a new plate, while being rude enough to the waitressthat she was crying while apologizing, despite the fact that she did nothing wrong. I waited a full day to post the review togive myself time to calm down and make sure I didn't write something in the heat of the moment. I ordered a Philly Cheese Steakand my wife ordered the Gyro. I took a bite of my sandwich and surprised I got nothing but onion and pepper I opened it up tolook at it. I was surprised to find almost no meat in it, but figured that mistakes happened. When the waitress came around toour table I showed her the sandwich which she immediately agreed looked light on meat and took back to the kitchen. After a fewminutes she came back and notified us that the cook said that was the correct portion amount and he would not add more meat tothe sandwich (keep in mind the gyro my wife was enjoying had at least three times the amount of meat). The waitress offered tocancel that out and have me order another item at which point I attempted to order the bacon burger. I say attempted to orderthe burger because again in a few minutes the waitress came out, clearly upset, and stated that the cook not only would not addmeat to the sandwich, but flat out refused to make a different meal for our table. She offered to comp the table and apologizedwhich was upsetting because she did absolutely nothing wrong. My family finished the fries on my plate and left, making sure totip the waitress who was so helpful and had to deal with the cook. At no point did we ask for anything to be comped, andactually would have still been happy to pay for the gyro and burger if they had been made. M"

"So freaking good. Super addictive in a bad way, but you just want it. Warm bagel with cream cheese and coffee... please don't let my weight go up 5 pounds! Staff are all cool, and patient, as I usually have no idea what to order... I've been told to call ahead and ask what the soup is so it must be good. Sandwiches that are delicious and will put you squarely in a 3 hour post lunch coma... repeat the next day is the norm."

"Excellent! This is the best Fountain Hills has to offer in great home prepared food. The Arnold Palmer is definately a 10. The atmosphere is cozy and friendly. You are definately a friend of the family here. The deserts and home baked breads pastries are simply divine. I love this place and the wonderful owners staff. I give it an 11 out of 10."

"This place is cute and cozy, very small The waitress was not the friendliest person, not very attentive, but the food was really good, tortilla soup was yummy. Really good iced tea. My 1 complaint is that they don’t give you chips and salsa as complimentary. You have to pay for chips and salsa, the food is already overpriced, but what isn’t these days, also the location too, Fountain Hills. Everything seems to be more expensive there. Overall, I will go back to try the salmon tacos. Vegetarian options: It was actually Vegan, they where portobello mushroom, squash peppers tacos with hummus side of black beans. Delicious Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Tortilla Soup Recommendation for vegetarians: Somewhat recommend"

"Great tacos and burritos. We had the California Surfing burrito, Shrimp burrito, Carne Asada burrito, Shrimp taco, and Chicken taco. They were all really good. The shrimp was very fresh. The ladies that attended us were great. The place itself could improve to a more welcoming and cozy ambience."
