"Unfortunately they were short on staff. The waitress was trying to handle everything she was seating people, taking their orders, bringing their food and checking out their tab at the register, she was killing it. The place would not have been functioning if it wasn't for her. There was another gentleman but he was only slightly helping. The food needed salt and pepper some basic seasoning. I definitely would not go back to this place. Unless I knew they changed their ways. Seems to me that the owners need to step up."

"The restaurant is modern and clean. The hibachi was subpar at best. The “soup” we got was literally just water with pepper and a couple scallions and dry mushrooms floating around. No miso in ithow do you forget the miso??? None of us could eat the soup. The salad was fine lettuce with a lot of weirdly chunky dressing. They gave us one dipping sauce that was boring tasted like mayo mixed with ketchup. The noodles and rice were just soy sauce and had little of anything else added to it no veggie mixed in the rice either. The portions were good, but it felt like I was cheated a bit for the $30 I paid for it. Very little theatrics from the hibachi chef, he wasn’t conversing with us. Just made the food, clanged his utensils, mocked something I said, and left. We got two bursts of fire and that was it. NOT worth coming for the hibachi. The sushi looks good in the other reviews but I’m not sold. Wouldn’t come back for the hibachi, that’s for sure. "Tried this place out for breakfast with my little sister from BBBS. We like to try places we have never been. The wait for two wasn’t long to be seated. There was a steady flow of people waiting to get tables. Once seated we were handed menus and waited for a bit to get a server. We ordered drinks OJ /tea $3.60/$3.00) and I had to ask for water which others had. So the menu didn't have a-lot of items together. We ordered the french toast $15.60) added side egg $3.60)and sausage $6),biscuits and gravy $14.60)which included the egg but it wasn’t two biscuits as I was told initially by waiter) and cherry danish $6)to go. Placed our order about 10 mins after being seated. Waited about 20-25 for actual food. Once we had the food no one came to check back if everything was ok and did we need togo containers. I stopped an employee to ask about a container and how or where do we pay? It was a bit confusing whether a bill will come to table or do we pay at counter. Again we were new and hadn't dined there before today. I am glad the space was filled in with the restaurant to support the Dewitt mall, but $64.00 for breakfast including tax and tips, is a lot. It would have been a little better if at least one side was included with the French toast for the cost. Also the food for me was ok."
