"Every time I go to this place, my food ALWAYS is wrong, or I got no article, its not cooked all the way, too hard. I have a top taco tonight... no sour cream, 4 tomatoes. Smh... never again will I return to this place. I wasted too much money on food and never got what I ordered."

"Salsa is kinda watery and lacks flavor, food is good but doesn't stand out from any other Mexican restaurant. It's a very large building for a mediocre restaurant, I fear it will not be around long."

"Okay I will say that this was an almost amazing experience The decor is so beautiful here there are hanging lanterns and even umbrellas the main wall has an eclectic pop art style painting I love it The tables are clean and so is the bathroom We did the Ayce dinner which is around 24$ not a bad price for the amount of food you get to enjoy Their Shumai is excellent and I really liked the monkey roll and the CNU roll which has fried sweet potato inside The pepper tuna was served on pickled cucumbers not like pickles but more of like marinated in an Italian dressing pickled unexpected but delicious So the food on point the sake hot definitely hit the spot The service not so perfect For starters they did not once fill our water cups my friend was literally sucking on ice all night we had to wave our waitress down to order more We stacked our plates to the side to make room but it took forever to be picked up I chalked it up to understaff and the waitress multitasking trying to clean back of the house. As there was only one other couple in the restaurant we got there before 8 and they close at 930 so I don 't feel this should of been an issue But what really caused me to dislike my service was how the waitress handled the check Our total was around 65$. My friend was paying on his card and I was planning to leave a cash tip I only had 12$ cash and asked him to add a couple of dollars (keep In mind a 20%tip would of been around 13$ I wanted to make it an even 15 When she took the bill the waitress stopped and looked Down she looked at my friend and said you can 't do more? Referring to the few dollar tip he had put (which was to supplement my cash tip this greatly embarrassed him and really rubbed me wrong she did not look to see if a cash tip was added Tips are appreciated but not required especially when the service was not top tier I feel she really could of handled it differently hopefully me saying in front of her To my friend Here just change the tip there and you can keep the cash I was leaving her was enough to show how rude her comment was But I 'm doubtful that she even paid attention to me Hopefully this was a one time fluke and we won 't experience this type of experience again"

"The food here is meh for the most part EXCEPT for the breakfast burritos and French toast sticks. Otherwise the service is always kind and accommodating and the drive up stalls are so relaxed compared to the normal drive-thru window. Love Sonic.Parking: Plenty of parking especially with the stalls as well.Kid-friendliness: They have a kid's menu which comes with applesauce and milk as the combo sides."

"I like this tacos! They give you a lot of food! The food is good and tasty! They have a nice salsa selection and just recently improved the place. The place and bathroom are clean. The servers are really nice. The only thing I dislike is that the music is super loud. But if you are around Newport News and feel like tacos, go here :3 Try the quesadilla and the menudo *chef's kiss*"

"Mexico in the US. This is Mexican food! Eating here brings back many memories of eating in Mom&Pop restaurants while on my various business trips to Mexico. I have no issues getting my Mexican colleagues to join me for a meal here and help translate the Mexican soap operas often playing on the televisions during lunch time. The horchata is a must to try!"

"Go eat here if you like hole in the wall Mom and Pop type diners. Had the biscuits and sausage gravy with two eggs over medium. AMAZINGnESS! Full breakfast menu. And lunch looked good too. I don't remember if they serve dinner. I want to say only breakfast and lunch."

"First time visiting First Watch was at the Hampton Location. First visit we had shrimp and grits, and the traditional pancake breakfast. I really enjoyed the ambience, waitstaff and food. We will be returning."
