"Food is really good but it took 45 minutes to get our food! Two tables that came in after us received their order prior to us. And there were only four tables seated at the time! Owner acted indifferent when my husband complained as we were leaving. Never offered us anything didn't come to talk to us or apologize. Terrible customer service! Owner really needs a lesson in running a restaurant from Chef Robert Irvin!"

"The vegan options at Chipotle are plentiful. 67% of the ingredients you can choose from are vegan to be exact. Just stay away from the usual things like meats, sour cream and cheese. The fajita veggies have a designated cooking space with a metal divider separating it from where they cook the meats, so there is no cross contamination. The Sofritas is heated in a large bag by itself, and not on a shared grill or fryer, so it is vegan. Vegan items to choose from include tortillas, Sofritas (organic braised tofu with peppers and spices), white rice, brown rice, black beans, pinto beans, guacamole, fresh tomato salsa, roasted chili-corn salsa, tomatillo-green chili salsa, tomatillo-red chili salsa, fajita veggies, romaine lettuce and chips. You can make your own burrito, bowl, salad or tacos. Flavor-wise, Chipotle is at the top of my list for Mexican fast casual. I think there is a higher quality taste and overall flavor profile than other similar restaurants in the area. This is a good location (Rosemount). The restaurant is kept clean, it is fully staffed (which has been an issue at other Chipotle locations), and you can get your meal in under 10 minutes even during peak hours. "This used to be my favorite Chipotle but not anymore. The past couple times I went here the food was poorly prepared. There wasn't enough ingredients added or ingredients were missing! I had a huge order and thought maybe it's just one bowl but all the bowls and burritos had missing ingredients and very small portions.One bowl had no chicken. One bowl was only half full and we asked for extra lettuce but barley got any lettuce. One had sour cream and we didn't asked for sour cream. We asked for sauce but there's no sauce the bowl was just dry. Then one burrito had no chicken. It seems like the workers didn't even read or they just don't care! It was a waste of money ordering from this location. I will not return to this location ever again."
