"Came here because of the high review rating. Will come again. Best Mexican food in Sunnyvale/Santa Clara. Have a good menu, decent prices, and the food is made with care. Here are the specifics : Main Dishes: We have been here three times now. The meat is one of the reasons we come back. The steak is charred and well cooked. The chicken is cooked just right so that it isn?t dry and absorbs the flavor from the surrounding spices. If coming here for the first time, try the enchiladas de mole. It?s a cacao based sauce that?s both spicy and flavorful. If enchiladas aren?t your thing, the burritos are excellent. The rice is fluffy, meat is flavorful, and you don?t leave feeling sleepy because the grease is kept to a minimum. 10/10 here. Area: The area is a quiet part of Sunnyvale. Even during covid, we could sit outside and no noise. Ample parking and space to stretch out. The staff: Everyone we?ve met here is nice. The cooks clearly know what they?re doing because the food is well prepared and tastes homemade, except way better. Redwood City used to be my favorite spot for Mexican food but now it?s here. Overall: If you?re looking for a good place to eat, try this place out. The biggest points here come from the dishes and the quiet neighborhood. Will come here again and again until I?m too large and have to start dieting again. 10/10"

"I really enjoy this place. really good burger, sandwiches and benedikte. coffee cake is huge, but hit or miss on the specialties when it comes to taste. the service had been good at previous locations, but the last few paintings seemed a little slow. but today was the worst. we came here to breakfast on Saturday morning. I ordered the chilequiles without reading the reviews, and it was a complete disappointment. it was what I would expect in a box at taco bell: super salty, cheap tortilla chips. all chips were soggy and not crisp. it tasted like a red salsa moss. Moreover, the toast came completely unbuttered without butter on the side. our waitress rarely came out to check us, so we never have the opportunity to ask for anything. as it was, the service was so poor, we waited about 10min before we refill after the demand for coffee or ice cream. we looked at ourselves when the waitress also did not serve other tables near us, and others were waiting, and the waitress could not fly away the waitress because she disappeared for a long time. it is a shame because this would have been the breakfast place I would take from the city, but now I think we need to find a new place with much better service and consistency."

"This is an edit to my original review below. I've upgraded it to 5 star for this reason I go there at least every other week, if not every week. It must be good, right? Never disappoints. I have always got the chorizo breakfast burrito and I'm always satisfied. After a mishap with hot sauce in the car, I now ask for the sauce IN the burrito. Smart move. I recently changed up and got a tostada. Excellent. This is a solid 4, bordering a 5 star place. Considering that I’ve only worked in the area 10 days, and have been there 3 times is a great sign. Definitely the best chorizo breakfast burrito I’ve had since moving to the Bay Area. I look to forward to many more burrito’s there."

"This is the worse taco truck I have ate from. I came here during lunch time ordering chicken tacos and chicken burritos. I didn't hear any cooking while I was waiting for my food, because they weren't being cooked. The tacos looked good, but when my husband and I ate it, the chicken was VERY dried. It tasted like it was cooked sometime ago and now get warmed up (see pictures). Nothing like other taco trucks I ate from. Not fresh food and it's not cheap. In addition, they don't have extra stuff like grilled onion or chili and sauce put outside for people to get. I'll never give this place another chance. The best taco truck is the one in Mountain View across from Smart and Final. I'll only go there from now."
