"I stopped by for dinner with my wife and kids on Monday. The food and service were excellent as usual. We usually dine in on Saturday or Sunday nights when we take our kids to the movies. All the waiters and waitresses always take good care of us andnever forget to bring our kids their ice cream which makes them very happy, while my wife and I enjoy our coconut cream pies.Always a pleasant experience! Looking forward to try the new ribs and the lemon Berry pancakes on our next visit."

"Edit we?ve gone a few times since my original review and when we order takeout they AWAYS forget something so if you?re taking takeout MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR ORDER We were both super impressed with this place. We are used to going to La Puente/Frontera etc but this establishment WINS! The location is great, lots of parking it?s located in Jordan Landing. We ordered takeout as it was our first time. We ordered Mexican steak med rare sauce and guac on the side. The steak was tender, juicy and great size. The potatoes are home made which we loved and they gave you a great servicing of rice, beans, guacamole and flour tortillas. We ordered the Chile verde platter as well, it was a great portion. The food was really tastey and good, as well as affordable. My husband is really picky and he really liked it but more so you guys got his entire order correct! They followed our request to the T THANK YOU! You guys just made 2 more clients and referrals! Thank you guys!"

"Best taco bell in the area for my mid-week quick lunch. The staff is nice and the food is as fresh as it can be for Taco bell standards. When I visit other T-bells in the area, I am often disappointed by the temperature and quality of the food. Unmelted cheese, where it should not be, stables and dry tortillas, etc. I was lucky with this place. Rarely disappointed. Give these workers an increase"

"I was in town for business and staff at my hotel told me to check out The Black Bear. The wait staff was great and very friendly. The FOOD!!!! OH MY GOSH WAS AWESOME! This huge plate of food was presented to me, so much more than expected! It was cooked and seasoned perfectly!!! The price was great too! And best cup of coffee, thank you for having flavored creamers. I will be back for lunch before heading back to Michigan."

"First time trying it and thought it was pretty good. I did feel there could’ve been more dressing as I was given a very small plastic carafe. Sweet pork was a little dry and stuck together, didn’t ruin the meal but still like the meat not burnt at the end..still not bad tho"

"Small portions not worth the price. You charged me 50.00 bucks for one salad and two Bowles that had hardly any meat or anything and you couldn’t get the order right to begin with. Stay away the food was also very stale and what meat they put in the order was fatty and gross"

"Some of the best tacos in the valley top 5 for sure. If your looking for truly authentic, made and ran by Mexicans. This is the spot. Grew up with amazing Mexican food from moms kitchen and I can vouch for this place. Friends from California even say it’s legit if that matters to you. I go here all the time and they have been consistent for the past two years. Order online or be ready to wait. This place is busy!!"
