"We were seated in a timely matter. Perkins was chosen over a smaller local cafe because of wait time. I told our out of town guests to be prepared for slower service and wait times and I understand the staffing issues. Menus stuck to table, It was wiped clean before we sat down, though so not sure what happened there. Seemed a little disorganized and other tables getting waited on long before we were. When we got our food waitress was calling our entrees totally different names then what we ordered/printed on menu so that was a little confusing. The food was good but luke warm food I understand but our plates were cold along with ice cold food. Overheard other diners told be careful, plates hot. I really hope the manager/ owner will read and pass on to wait staff to take a extra time to be welcoming and friendly. It goes along way and make sure food is out in a timely manner. I'm happy to wait the extra time for a friendly face and warm/hot food."

"Close to the tip of escalators, this hidden gem is the best Mexican restaurant I found in hong kong. there is a great selection of margaritas, one of which is my personal favorite is the spicy grapefruit margarita with fresh jalapeños! the nachos are by far the best I have found in hk with big ingredients and correct layering. service is always friendly and remarkable, perhaps because it is high on the hill, it is never too busy."

"The service was some of the best I had in a restaurant! Quick, friendly and stopped at the table the right time to take care of us, but not disturb us. The food came fast, was hot and delicious. My grandma and I stayed short and we had the BLT and Pommes and the Southwest Salad. Very good!"

"This was my first time visiting a Perkins restaurant. A friend and I were leaving for the mountains and wanted to grab some breakfast quick. There wasn't a wait which was great and the service was quick. The French Toast was bland, but the Potato Flip was pretty good. I think it would have been better if the pieces of bacon were broken up (like they were in the picture) so you could have some with every bite. Their biscuits were very fluffy because they are made fresh which was nice. The portion sizes are large and great for the price. Original Yelp review 12/11/2017"
