"This location has become poor in their overall service. I walked in around 1030. About four cars in drive thur, no one in dining room, and one car in curbside. I go to the bathroom first and it is in bad shape. Tp holder broke, paper all over the floor, and everything could use a wiping off. As I fill me drink, the lady who took my order delivers food to curbside. I find a sit and have to go grab a wipe to clean the table with. On my way to getting that wipe, I noticed most of the tables are dirty. In the middle of cleaning my table the curbside guest walks in because they gave him the wrong food. He saids that he feels he should get a refund for having to wait on his food again and having to come in. Cashier grabbed the manager and a minute later the manager was issuing the refund. She asked if the bag of food was trash and the guest replied no this is my food you fix. The manager stated I thought you wanted a refund. The guest explained that the refund was for the inconvenience. The guest left and I hear the manager complaining about giving food and a refund. I found that to be odd that she is worried about the cost and money when I received a large fry when it should 've been a reg.Just this whole thing was not ideal for food service industry and I know the Whataburger has always been a +1 company. Fix the issue and give a +1 to WOW the guest and hopefully will bring the guest back.The last thing is the use of the meat press. I thought the press was removed from service many years ago, but some how my burger was pressed.I have visited this location a lot over the last 5 or 6 years and each time there is more and more reason for me to stop coming. One day I think I just may.Hope you correct the issues here soon."

"Ok love the burger and I absolutely love the lady that’s always at the window. She is so sweet and goes OUT OF HER WAY to be nice. BUT the lighter skinned lady was EXTREMELY rude today. I’ve been getting no cheese on my burger for 30 years literally and when she asked me cheese? I said NO. That woman argued me down RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE WINDOW! Not once but twice kept mumbling under her breath things about asking people questions at the menu. That’s whats got me the most upset!! because YES YOU ASKED ME AND STILL GOT IT WRONG. If you don’t like the fact that my order was wrong because what you misspoke please by all means get an attitude and bad mouth the customer WHEN SHE LEAVES. It’s just baffling how Nasty she was and I’m such a sweet spirit. I can admit if I’m wrong, but she was wrong. I sincerely hope her attitude adjusts because this is not the first rude vibe I’ve gotten from her."

"Sohn loves the taste of the Alligator plate with a side of red beans and rice. the fried catfish, fried okra and koleslaw are very tasty. the limonade tastes homemade. large freshly made garlic butter for my cockroache was so delicious! definitely come back!"

"It is like a hidden gem in the wall. We tried zinger burger, cheese burger, and philly cheese steak with onion rings. They are all really good, delicious, and yummy. Really good price, awesome taste. Student discount is a big plus. I would recommend to everyone."
