"A beautiful evening with many friends and family for my 30. really well managed big party of 16 at the end rather then 10 and our waitress was perfect as the manager there. could not blame her and enjoy our experience here. Thank you."

"I don't ever leave a bad review but had to this time. The service was appallingly slow, the scruffy waiter wore muddy trainers and one of the waitresses seemed drunk. We asked for a wine cooler twice and eventually what can only be described as a plastic bag containing ice was delivered. The tiny candle wasn't lit despite asking twice, the table was left a disaster between each course and the food was less than mediocre with a grey mini corn in my unappealingly bland Thai tofu curry. The only redeeming factor was an apology from a waitress (blaming 2 broken fryers for the delay) and a free dessert each which didn't make up for spending over £80 for four basic meals which took 40 minutes and were less interesting than a frozen TV dinner."

"We had one delivery wrong got the rest of the order the next day so only half the family got to eat the night ordered. Thought give it another go and only half order delivered and told they would send rest of order didn't arrive....after complaining got given a credit note and phoned direct and order placed no order arrived. Staff rude and unhelpful . Phone calls go to Southend who haven't got a clue what Basildon are doing and are rude and unhelpful of"

"Booked for Mother's Day, staff were very nice and waitress was friendly. The food was poor and not very enjoyable and was tainted by the disgusting smell of dirty dishwater from the plates! Made me feel ill to be honest. It was pointed out to waitress who said it was probably the dishwasher!! Yuk"
