"I was a regular customer for last year or so. I will prefer this by saying that I only ordered pizza (both the special pizza and build your own) It is my 'go to' place for pizza, I usually 2-3 times a month. I find the pizza to EXCELLENT, one of the BEST in the Chicope range. I like the website for online ordering. Quality ingredients, good food, fair, competitive prices, simple online order eliminates the need to call and order. I notice fair sales at the front desk, but the staff is always polite. My only handle is the location (and parking lot) it is a multi-tenant stripe marble, and sometimes sucks the parking lot. Other than that, great pizza, enjoy!"

"A few weeks ago I ordered a hot sausage sandwich and when my meal arrived, you can say that the sausage was from the night before. It was very dry. Briana the receptionist was very helpful and sweet and gave me a 6 dollar loan. After a few weeks, I decided to use my credit. When I called a gentle man, he answered the phone and was rude form at the beginning. I put my order and when I mentioned my credit, the man just said 'Well, you wait for Brianna I don't mess with any of these things and took my number and just hanged up. Briana then called back and was her usual sweet self and wonderful in the processing of my credit. When my food arrived after a few bites, I found a hair that was about 8 inches in my food. As I recall to let them know and not ask for another order just a refund to my card, I can say the same gentleman in the back round "Well tell him to go to another restaurant". This is terrible customer service at its end. We are a large medical facility that is very ordered from here. Brianna was very nice apologetic and her customer service is good for this place. Take notes from her husband. Brianna also gave me the full amount. Very miserable man who works there. Will never see a penny from the majority of our office."

"We tried the Philly Cheese Steak Pizza wings. The pizza was really good, but the wings were the right winner. Meaty, delicious and juicy. The lemon pepper had a fine taste and the skin was very crisp. The Ruck taste was good with a kick, but they were baked instead of fried, so they were a little soft for me. Overall the best wings I had in a while and I will definitely go again!"

"We went to Palmer at Main st. RestaurantAnd the was terrible. We waited to get seat for more the 20 minutes. And after we seat and after the waitress never show to our table . Was around 2pm no was busy just 2 tables with customers. We decided to leave for terrible service.We decided to go back home to Chicopee. And my husband decide to try the Friendly's there. The service was excellent. The waitress was very friendly and very fast service . I recommend it ?"
